I do want to note I had this taken at 12pm, my doc said my levels are still low even if I took them earlier it wouldn’t have made much of a difference. I’m currently 30 years old, and have fatty liver disease and they stated this can possibly help me with it. Im currently 170lbs 5’10. With 15% BF workout 3-5 days a weeks depending on time.
Honestly my only concern is the acne I might get as I have had terrible acne in highschool and needed accutane.
My symptoms are no motivation, tired all the time, libido is “ok”. So I don’t want to complain there.
Can I resolve this naturally?
I’m currently taking, fish oil, magnesium (as I suffer from a lot of headaches)
Zinc and Vit D.
Other then that I try to stay away from a lot of oral “vitamins”.
Also I want add, my diet. Which consists of eggs, steak, milk, protein powder. (Sometimes chicken) Carbs are mostly rice, oats, sweet potato.
I try to avoid all processed foods and hardly have any sugar.
I had terrible acne as a teenager, on TRT, an oral formulation that produces the second highest DHT levels, I have zero acne.
So just because you had acne as a teen doesn’t mean you’ll get acne later in life.
Working out with low-T can present problems, elevations in cortisol (stress hormone) can hamper testosterone production and if cortisol is high long enough, it can kill the leydig cells in the testicles.
Agreed here. This seems a case of secondary hypogonadism. Your TT/FT/E2 all low and your FSH/LH are not signaling for more. You’re one of those cases that’s likely to benefit the fullest from TRT and I rarely advocate for that.
I still currently have mild acne, on my back. I heard some say TRT even helped acne, and others the opposite. I know I won’t know for sure until I actually start myself. I’m guessing once my hormones are balanced to a normal level it will resolve it.
My Clinic is advising, 100mg a week split into two doses. Sub Q.
Correct me if I’m wrong, I’m still doing research up the ass on this before I start but I also heard people saying higher T protocol 150-200 mg cleaned up there skin vs a lower mg amount.
Also to answer your question, no Im not a diabetic.
