Blood and Guts Dorian Yates

Dorian has got a online personal training service off his website for a $200 fee. Sounds like you basically answer a ton of questions and show him a pic of yourself… he lays out a program for you… you follow it… and he checks on your progress weekly.

I think that could be cool… just to be coached by a former pro like that. Even just communicating with him in anyway would be cool… me thinks. Might even be worth the money in and of itself.

He’s probably hustling you. But if you try it, let us know how it goes.
Erm thats what all coaches/ pros do lol

Hows that hustling ?

Would you prefer some cookie cutter program or a program designed by Mr O himself

:o

Do yourself a favor and seek out a gym where some pro or higher-up NPC guys or so train. (preferably not the flex-wheeler or shawn ray -kind).

That’s usually even better, as it’s motivating as hell to see them train.

I’d do that at least once in my life if I were you…
Gotta watch some guy with 23+ inch arms in the off-season throw huge weights around at some point in your life, that’ll make you work 50 percent harder in the gym lol.

Lol I don’t care about the program much. I just want to talk to Dorian Yates:P

I would totally love to meet one of these guys. Just any of them. I’d probably scream like a little girl if I saw Dorian Yates though. My all time favorite… for sure.

His trainer sounds like King Leonidis from 300. I feel like having him in the room would add 20+ lbs onto everything I lift haha.

Pause at 23:36 and laugh.

Fucking awesome.

It’ll probably just be generic advice given by a paid intern/automated email.

Says it’d be from Dorian himself. Who knows?

No its by him, Dorian doesnt have a paid intern lol he isnt THAT rich :stuck_out_tongue:

I have met the man many times, i am quite fortunate he goes to alot of shows in he UK especially now as he is pimping his new protein.

He doesn’t seem like the scammer type, and i wouldn’t like to email him saying i got no results lol he’d probably drive up and beat me till i got results :stuck_out_tongue:

Also doesn not CT and CW along with i presume every other auther offer this service …

Do you think they are all interns/automated mails !

i guess me and Dorian have the same training stlyes, CC you never told me that.

LOL

You have a similar split (He used a somewhat altered version for a long time) if you still follow that one 3-way.

So… Are you as big as Dorian yet?
yea im still doing the 3-way split, 2 on - 1 off

i think im going to go in today anyway though even though its supposed to be an off day to do some abs, calves and shoulders b/c i have nothing else to do except homework.
