I went through the light leg day yesterday and it was tough those leg presses are so hard. Legs are sore today.
I still have sore triceps from mondays heavy upper body day as well, which is strange because my triceps never get soreness at all even after supersetting close grip with dips.
So all is going well so far.

Yeah, that light leg day is deceiving, lol.
haha well il find that out today, is it bad if i switched the days like monday is heavy legs instead of fri. Therefore tues is light upperbody instead of light lower. The reason I did this is because i play hockey on weekends and my legs will deff slow me down if i hit them heavy like that on fri hah

I wouldn’t, but if you have no choice, you’re better off switching them in groups of two. Switch the mon/tues to thurs/fri cuz I’m pretty sure he set the days back to back for a reason.
But I don’t think you have to worry. MY legs were hurting more after the light leg day cuz of the high reps. I think you should give it a try before you change it.
Day 3, light upper body. Maybe cause im not used to high volume but I am absolutely pooped after this workout.

haha yea man i hear ya i had the same feeling. took me by suprise. I just did light lower body and il say that was harder than the thought. I did that yesterday and today my ass is sore as fuck lol
First week fininshed on this program and I am very sore after the heavy lower body day. Rack deadlifts with 180kg for 8 reps, then 200 for 6,4,2. Oh and Squats in there too.
Seems to be a very tough program so far

FOr some reason the rack pulls only left my lower back sore not my glutes or hams
Yeah me too, I dont think I was going through a full motion prescribed in the program i.e lifting the bar from below the knee a few inches. I had it on the lowest pin possible, but next time I might stand on a couple of 45 lb plates and lower the weight to involve more hamstring and glutes.
Still mu back is really sore today, feels like I been through the wars. A soreness only heavy deadlifts can give
