Tried out T-bars for the first time in forever. Meh, not great but not terrible. I’ll prob stick w/ yates rows for now.

Solid back day. Lower back was dead even before deads, but still managed to hit some decent weight there, great pumps in my lats, though I’m gonna either use yates rows or find some other rowing variation to start off my workout, wasn’t crazy about the T-bars.

This log is over-flowing with PRs as usual, keep it up! Hows the weight gain coming along? I’d assume the mountain of chicken is probably doing it’s part to increase that!

Haha thanks man. I just figure if I have to choose between limiting the weight on my 5 rowing variations, or on just deadlifts, I’d rather limit deadlifts, but hey, that’s my inner BB speaking haha.

Looks like I’ve added some mid-back thickness, and I like to think that delts and tris have come up some, even though I have my arms too far forwards in this picture. Wasn’t flexing my lats that hard either, could have gotten a bit more seperation. Didn’t really take any time to set up though, just decided to pop a couple, took em, and posted em.

Arms have definitely come up, same with the delts. Back killer as always. Good job brah’!

Good looking training! Your slightly ahead of me on the CGBP… definitely competing against you since we’re both pretty similar weights (I’m about 195 morning weight at the moment due to dropping some), how tall are you again?

Chest is looking pretty thick in new pics and back for sure has some decent thickness! Good work man… I’ll be getting some progress pictures together in the next few weeks I reckon.

Desperately trying to catch you on the close grip bench, I’m a way behind you but give me a week or two and I might just catch you!

That stir fry looks so friggin good! I love making stir fry cause it’s so easy and you can pretty much put whatever you want in it and it’s still gonna taste good lol.
