Blaze-Better Dead than Average

That video of levrone is one of my fav BB’ing vids ever.

Excited to see how you’re doing in 4 weeks.

AC- Do it! You can’t blame me if your quads cramp and you fall down some stairs or something though haha.

Bug-It’s awesome. I actually looked at AustinBicep’s youtube and saw it in his favorites, watched it, and immediately favorited it haha. It’s amazing. I’m excited to see where I’ll be too!

It’s been about 5 weeks since I last posted pictures. Normally I wouldn’t post them this often, but since I’m starting a PH cycle, seems like a good idea to take start pictures.
Side chest was pissing me off when I was trying to get a picture of it though, so that’ll be absent lol.

Larissa is just one hot ass chick.

I hate leg extension FST-7
My eyes literally water.
Read: I cry.

There I said it. I’m not ashamed =D

Front Double Bi

Back Double Bi -really happy with how this one looks

[photo]33202[/photo]
Lat Spread- Need to look up how to do this properly

[photo]33204[/photo]
Quads- very slight residual pump here. Felt like death trying to flex them

That’s it for now people. lol. If I missed any, let me know and I’ll try to get them soonish.

True.

Haha yeah it was really rough. I think after my regular squats it would be ok, but after heels elevated I just died. Just have to get used to that volume.

Gawd that back DB is lookin’ real good sir.

Thanks brudda! Tweaked my posing a little (pulling arms forward a little) and I think the focus on lat movements has helped.

Looking solid broseph. For your rear lat spread, make sure your thumbs touch the top of your hips in the back (where your love handles WOULD be) and then pull them forward to make your waist look even smaller. If that makes sense. Even my fatass looks decent when I do that, but if you were to see it from the front it’d look like I’m smuggling a bowl of jello!

Hmmm thanks man. How’s this look?

Bingo! It seems like it helps tighten the skin on your lower back so it pops out even more.

At least to me it does. What the fuck do I know though, I’m just a fat PL

Great pump today, arms were looking pretty good too.

Listened to Dubstep while lifting today. Still need to find some good songs, but here’s one I really liked. The good part starts a little after 1:05.

Still need some good lifting songs eh? Might I suggest a little known band called PANTERA!!!

Damn kids these days…

Could I take out a loan for your curling power? K. thanks.

Looks like a very pumptacular arm session.

You’re looking awesome babe!
If these are just the before photos, I wait patiently (or not so patiently) for 4 weeks to pass.

Your arm days are always so awesome.

Haha. I’ll have to look them up and get some of their songs for my heavier playlists.
Darn old folk… hahah (just kidding, you’re only 1.5x my age)

Haha. If I knew a way to loan it to you, I would.

It was quite pumptacular, actually.

Thanks!
Haha. Here’s hoping I don’t dissapoint.

I always enjoy them  Probably my second favorite day, after back day.

I’ve been missing the Nikki pics that I used to get in PW :frowning:

Random calf picture buried in your log…

Rock all up in this bbiiiittttccchhhhh.

haha. I’ve now seen photo evidence as to the existence of the elusive Ct. Rockula.

Crazy calves too man! I need to step up my calf training.

Rock, your calves are fetuses compared to mine =D
I got bulls.

Aww Blaze I’m sorry that you miss the Nikki pics. That’s no good.

Sexy.

Pretty chill weekend, a whole lot of nothing was done. Went to the St. Louis Zoo yesterday and ate a bunch of food.
Got some new bold coffee today and drank a pot of it,
read a couple books today…
Looking forward to deads tomorrow.

Toying around with an idea for a new split. I’ve never really gone high frequency for training and am interested as to how it would work out for me.

Here’s the basic idea:
Chest/tri, back/bi, legs/shoulders 2x weekly, with different focuses on each time around.
Not settled on rep schemes yet, might try employing a yates-style with one all-out set.

Chest/Triceps (upper and pressing emphasis)
Incline DB press
Incline Flies
Upward cable fly FST-7
CGBP
Rope pressdown

Back/Bicep(thickness(horizontal pulls), strict)
Yates Rows
DB Rows to hip
Deadlift
Hammer Str Iso Row FST-7
BB Curls
Cable curl FST-7

Legs/Shoulders (Quad, Delts)
Front Squats (maybe in smith)
Leg ext FST-7
Seated Calf Raises
Seated DB Press
Leaning Laterals
Rear Delt Flies

Chest/Triceps (heavy flat, extension emphasis)
Flat BB press
Hammer Str Wide Press
DB OH ext
Heavy Straight-bar pressdown

Back/Bicep (width(vertical pulls), loose form)
Neutral Grip pulldowns
Wide Grip pulldowns
Hammer Str Pulldown (single arm)
BB cheat curls
Pinwheels

Legs/Shoulders (Hamstring, traps)
Heavy BB squats
Straight legs
Ham curl FST-7
Shrugs
Unilateral DB shrugs
Face Pulls
