The prosecutor already stated there’s no evidence of wrongdoing on Obama’s part, however it is possible.
True, but I’m wondering if they may subpoena him to question “what he knows”?
nah, they will never let it touch him.
Not unless Blago on the stand comes out and says, “Barak Hussein Obama, told me to do this. He wanted 50% of the take, and I have a written letter signed by Obama.” It is starting to become more and more believable that Obama would do something like this. Look at the two Democratic guys running for Congress that have come out and said they were offered a job if they backed out.
Also the procecutor is going to say there is no evidence. Chicago Politics. Obama is the king right now.
with this and sestak and romanoff, one might start to see a pattern.

I have heard that Obama had his legal team seal the documents to the Sestak and Romanoff ordeal. Why does this guy continue to seal everything off, and how can he continue to do it?
Blago is my favorite lowlife. On the level of the purely cynical that guy is undiluted entertainment par excellence. Laughter turned defense mechanism.
Regardless of the outcome, it’s probably been one of the more amusing public corruption cases of late. I especially like that part of the defense’s game plan was to say that Blagojevich was too stupid to actually be able to do anything like what the prosecution is claiming and that they’re painting him as an incompetent governor.
I like his attorney
