Hold on now guys, I think he may be on to something…
I am half black, 6’ 5" and I used to play up to 14 hours of basketball a day. BUT I never got “good”. I could hold my own in a game of 3-on-3 (meaning, my team almost always won,no matter who was on it) but I was never college ball good. Now it all makes sense! I don’t eat sweet potato! In fact, I’ve never even tried it. Damn, to think I could be playing in the NCAA if only I had eaten my sweet potato…
Don’t worry, now you know! Don’t worry it wouldn’t have made a difference. If u don’t have game, u don’t have game! Plain & simple. It would have helped a little bit though, your right! Live & learn my friend, live & learn!

This was the stupidest post ever, posted by a troll.
Everybody got it, yet BostonBarrister is so bent on proving PC is out of hand that he had to defend a correlation between sweet potatoes and black athletes.

That so was not the point.
Re-read and see if you can figure out what the point was – it’s really not too terribly difficult.
OUCH! Test flight went very badly. Does any one know if sweet potatoes will help mend bones? My femurs are a bit tweaked and and my spine is all crunchy and wiggly.

I never got the whole white people loving mayo thing…I rarely use it. I mean, being an Italian, pretty much anything that mayo would be used for I use EV Olive Oil. Am I missing something here?
Dude I am Italian as well and I just read that EV Olive Oil makes you more prone to engage in organized crime…or at least watch lots of movies about it.
I guess I’m screwed!!! What’s a big pile of genetic soup like me supposed to eat to be good at something? Come to think of it, what are Scottish-Irish-German-Bittish-Indian-Norweigan-Swedes supposed to be good at, again? I might as well just give up…

Does DHEA & or sweet pototoes improve ones athletic performance & building muscle & being lean? Is that why the blacks are leaner & better athletes?? They do eat alot of sweet pototoes, like sweet pies & the like. Also, I’m not racist just curious & thinking about it.
This has to be one of the DUMBEST questions I have ever heard anyone ask.

The Professor is one hell of a baller, but he does not dunk!!!

Not true! This last season he succeeded in dunking the ball. It wasn’t during any of the games, just in a segment they had in between. Everyone was watching and he ran up and dunked the ball, then all the and1 guys cheered. I guess he’d been working on it a while…

Are we taliking about sweet potatos or YAMS? I mean sweet potatos are the sweet white ones and yams are the orange ones. At least I think. Damn! Where’s a black person when you need them?
I’m also suprised no one has mentioned the obvious link between dunking ability and having to run from the cops and jump the fence.

kind of relates back to the stereotype that mexico doesn’t perform well in the olympics because they lack quality atheltes
its not that, just that all the ones that can run, jump, and swim are in the US already
