this is the exact amount i need to eat to lose fat quickly btw
i just round down and do bwx11 for my cals so 240x11 even though im a lil over 240 is 2640
then take away 100 cals at 230
100 away at 220 and that will take me to my goal
then i will up it high for 2 days to reset my metabolism after a while then eat whatever it takes to maintain or keep losing at that weight
Realizing i will only be like 215 at 9-10% bodyfat makes me not want to bulk up like i did before again unless i have to, i still want to get big as hell but im going way slower, im 20 and have made thi much progress, in 5 years time i will be huuuuuggggerrrrrrr!!!1 lol
I think Im only going to eat 300-500 cals over maintenance when i bulk again and im going to eat mostly the same foods as i am now, just more whole eggs, and more carbier foods at certain times such as more eggos and pop tarts and thats about it. It was nessecary for me to get that heavy first though. I deffinitely think i fast tracked my way to size and strength going that route which is awesome but now its time to take the next step. Im going to be a lot more dialed in now as ive been, it feels awesome. I dont even miss that shitty food. Ill eat it on the weekend but I feel so much better not eating it. Sure my progress was near identical eating junk as it is eating clean but i feel WAY BETTER. After eliminating dairy i have way more energy and just feel healthier.
My goal for the long term is still 300lbs would be cool. but its too far away.
my short term goal is to take one day at a time and get to a lean physique. I deserve that.
Then to build up to a lean whatever one step at a time
