what i ate today

breakfast - trained in the morning so sipped on BCAA during traininnnn

after workout
1 box 3 cheese pasta
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
lilll butter
2 slices fat free cheese
1 scoop whey in 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup almond milk

150g carb, 70gprotein, 12g fat

pre school meal
2 scoop whey
1 cup egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp peanut butter
60g carb, 75g protein, 8g fat

lunch time meal - 3pm
2 scoops mad mass
1 scoop whey
90g carb, 50g protein, 0g fat

total so far is 300g carb, 195g protein, 20g fat

going to have either a small pizza or a big ass panzarotti for dinner tonight to fill up the rest of my macros.

it feels WAY BETTER bulking with correct macros, i dont feel crappy or tired, and i feel good because im destroying a goal (macros) each day.

ive been eating around 4100 calories and feel hungry a lot so ill be upping this soon

i can guarantee when i get to 255 again i will look a lot better then the first time.

Shoulders today, worked out with a buddy it went great. actually ramped my fst7 sets this time, wayy better

Spidey, um i have a pick a few pages back in this log im wearing jeans in it, i was a bit leaner then that when i stopped. I didnt take an after because i stopped careing about the goal to be honest. Its just not what needs to be done right now

243lbs today, gotta go to a family thing on my gfs side today… yay…

i honestly think i have it in me to eat 2 boxes of pasta a day, probably in a sitting so thats 300 right there. I have a new weight gainer now, it has 90 carbs, 25g protein, 14g fat per HALF serving so ill have those when i need it.

I wasnt even that lean to be honest, like 12%ish, i honestly didnt feel lean enough to take a picture

The only thing that was pure vein, cut stiration fest was my legs but nothing showed up in pictures because im a ghost so f that noise brahh.

Bulking is more ME though so Im going to do it until i mess up and have to recomp again or, get to 300+lbs

im going to my gfs for dinner for a family thing so ill eat a lot there too, probably will go over my macros but i dont care thatd be a positive thing right now

12% is pretty damn lean at that size. I’m prob 12%… but 20lbs lighter, lol. god.

12% is pretty damn good. i know for myself i have to get quite lean for my terrible shallow abs to show. I can have veins in my shoulders chest legs but still barely have abs. Also its the one and only spot i really store fat. FML

12% at that weight is big shit. Its gonna take me quite some time to get that big and its gonna be pretty sloppy the first time i would imagine.

Thanks guys but i really dont even feel big at all, i might feel decent at 275 though… maybe who knows, the fun thing with this is no matter what were never sastisfied. all my fat was on my lower back and a little on my stomach at the leanest, i had glute stirations but they didnt show up on camera with my ghost skin

i like them too, still trying diff things out, looking for the best exercises to hit them the best, honestly im kind of lost in terms of biceps

incline curls are alright but not the best for me

straight bar cable curls are beautifl

barbell curls are good but awkward

ez hurt my wrist

dumbbel im not good at or something and dont feel them

preacher curls im afraid to do them after seeing my buddy tear his bicep on it lol

so yeah just cycleing and tryn diff things

for tris though a lot of things work well in terms of feeling it where i need to
