Trained today, everything felt sore and achy and tired. Withdrawals are mostly gone but still not feeling great. I’m not just quitting one substance I’m quitting an addiction to 4 at the same time so it’s a tough time at the moment. This should be the last difficult day. Decided to just go heavy and work up to some true 1rm for the hell of it

I got my bodyfat measured with a bodpod and I measured out at 9.7% bodyfat which is a little lower then I thought. Everything felt good today, had a great pump going and went to near failure or failure on every set. I don’t go to failure often but when I do I tend to make amazing gains and lean up quick. I realized when I feel burnt out I can still go and train so I’m going to try and get to where my body adapts to this type of training and if I get too pooched I’ll deload!

Fucked up my first day of the official spar4tee xxx diet because I got mad high with this girl I had over but I’m staying optimistic hahaha.
