Dead lifts - worked up to 550x1 was a joke I probably have another 50-70lbs in me
Rope pullovers - 1x12 plus 3 rest pauses
Barbell rows - 315x9
Dumbbell rows - 125x10
Lat pull downs - stackx10 PR
Barbell curls - 135x10
Hammer curls - 60sx12
Rope hammer curls - 1 triple drop set
Going to try and train chest later, within the last 5 days I’ve been drunk 4 times and the other time I got high as absolute shit on not weed, and I have half started smoking and eating more TV dinners. I also have got a bit leaner and keep getting stronger do it’s hard to give a fuck

It’s working out for me and I just got the results back from my physical and my health is above average in every front so I’m going to continue not giving a fuck! Haha

Felt so sluggish because I was out for dinner just before and had steak, potatoes bread and a shitload of Scotch, was good but was lazy and buzzing hard
Flat bench - 315x21 PR
Incline hammer strength press - 5ppsx14
High to low cable flys - 1 quad drop of 10 reps per set
Dual handle press down superset overhead extension - 20,15,12,10
Dips machine - 4ppsx12
Rope press down - triple dropset of 10 reps per set, 20 on the last
5 mins cool down on treadmill

Lying leg curls - stackx11
Hack squats - 1 20 rep widowmaker
Single leg curl - 1 triple dropset
Seated calf raise - 1 DC style set of 20
Standing db calf raise - 1x20 @80lbs
Incline walkingx15 minutes
To give you an idea of how fast my pace is I got this workout done in 40 minutes including all the warm ups and the 15 mins of cardio
I don’t try too hard on legs atm because I’m focusing on my deadlifts
Friday Shoulders
5 minute treadmill warm up
Standing military - 225x4 PR woo
Lateral raises - 1x20
Standing cable rear fly - 1x20
Lateral raise machine - 1x12
Dumbbell bent over fly - 1x15 super set bodyweight ring rear flys
Machine shoulder press - 1x15
15 mins incline walking
All done in under an hour

Just hit everything today non stop sets for an hour and a half, only cool thing I did was 275x23 on incline bench, had a rock star before training and deff going to add them back in, was wired! Felt good today, my left forearm is a bit fucked up, minor discomfort when benching and nothing else, even when I hammer curled the 100sx8 didn’t felt anything. Not going to have any drugs or alcohol today for the first time in I’m actually not sure, just sleep and business shit, peace .
