It may have been, but why wouldn’t Zimm have stated that when the police arrived on that fateful night?
Seems to me that it could have been the best story for him to go with.

I agree Zimm probably didn’t have killing on his mind that night, but his thoughts and actions that set him into motion leading up to Trayvon’s killing were aggressive, angry, and disrespectful of Trayvon and the authority that asked Zimm to not pursue.
Now we have a dead teen, and an adult whose life is ruined one way or another, and he has no one to blame but himself.

It is possible that the gun fired by accident…but it would have had to have been pulled out with the safety off for that to happen, right?

I just posted facts that nearly 300 people have been incarcerated in this country newly freed due to DNA evidence (Many were on death row). Most of those people were minorities. Our justice system has had HUGE faults for a very long time. I am simply wondering why some of you are only NOW so “upset”.[/quote]

Apparently she had clarified that comment. She said she meant Zimmfuck and her son crossing paths could have been an accident.
Personally, I think she should stop talking now and let the lawyers speak. Killerman’s lawyers can use her words against her.

Not all broken noses involve a deviated septum, and scarring on the back of the head is not a requirement for sustained injuries during an aggravated assault(which is the threshold where deadly force becomes acceptable in self defense). Also, I’m sure I’m not the only person on this forum who has had an injury that required stitching and left no visible scar, it happens.
I’d concentrate my argument on other ‘evidence’ if I were making Trayvon’s case.
