I just looked her up. Never heard of her before, but there are a lot of people I haven’t heard of…

She looks good but she doesn’t really stand out to me. It seems like she’s days out from comp and already covered in Pro Tan in all of the photos I found. That’s not really a look that I like regardless of who it is so maybe that’s throwing me off a little too.

Thanks for the kind words. Imma let you in on a little secret. I’m actually wearing legging jeans in that pic. Like elastic waistband, fake fly, no front pockets, leggings that look like jeans. Surprisingly, it’s nearly impossible to find actual jeans that fit both my legs and my waist. Who would have ever guessed.

Gym was closing soon so SH wanted me to do lunges until I couldn’t do anymore for accessory work. It worked out to be 120 lunges with a few short rest breaks. I wanted to do one more thing for glutes/hams and decided I would do one high rep set of back extensions with my usual weight. I was shooting for 20-25 and it was a struggle just to get to 20, but it did the job.

I didn’t feel great when I got to the gym. I ended up having a decent workout but I ended up sitting around for a while before I even wanted to move.

My numbers aren’t really going up on the big lifts, but back and bi stuff seem to be increasing.


So I had too much free time on my hands today and decided that since it was the beginning of a new year, I should take a few progress pics.

SH has been telling me that I’ve been making good progress, but I’ve been having trouble seeing it for myself. I compared the current pics to ones from January 2011 and I finally see what he’s saying. I’m actually proud of what my legs are looking like at the moment. They’re far far away from what I want, but they’re definitely coming along. I think I look pretty good for a fatty.

Now time to GFH.

I wasnt feeling fantastic today. Had a little trouble completing the usual reps/sets at the usual weight. So I cut back a bit.

I can’t remember how many reps I did on some stuff. Will have to double check log.

EDIT: Log checked and numbers fixed.

Needing to cut back on training volume yesterday suddenly made sense today. Probably won’t be performing quite so well the next couple of days. Ugh.
