Bis and Tris Bigger Than Your Thighs

What do they measure now? How far till 20”?

I am at about 18 to 18.5” cold. So I think 20 is doable by years end with some intense work. Just have to be careful to not let the rest of my body fall behind.

Beefy! Good goal!

Arms haven’t ever been a focus until a few months ago. Lot to fill in, when your wingspan is 82”.

Dang, that’s an impressive wingspan. Mine’s only 79ish.

Suited me well in baseball, not so well in pressing.

Yeah dude, mine’s more like 77 - I’m pretty sure @dchris qualifies as part Orangutan.

My wingspan is only 70” at 6’, so I’m kind of in the opposite direction. The short arms were good for wrestling, bad for mma.

I am at 77 for 6’3 which is slightly more than average. My legs are short for though, i only have a 32" inseam.

My wife is a T-Rex. Funny enough, our current place has a top loading washing machine and she can’t get any clothes out. It’s forced me to do laundry.

A bloke at my old gym who was a mega strong presser once said to me “I find pressing easy due to my pterodactyl arms”

I didn’t want to correct him on his dinosaurs lol

We can all feel good about ourselves, the average man’s arm is 13". No offense to any of the guys that are actually 13".

I dunno - I’ve never felt good about being bigger than the “average man”.

Wow. So I am better than average!

Good to know on a Sunday morning whilst drinking coffee!

I don’t feel bad about it, though. :man_shrugging:

If I worried about others then I’d never be happy.

Oddly enough, I consider myself average. I lift weights with moderate effort and pay attention to my food. It’s not really a lot of extra effort and anyone can do it. I guess a major difference is that I started young and haven’t quit.
