i havent tried those, theyre like 2.50 a pop compared to essentially 1$ a scoop per workout of a container. im a cheap fuck so yea lol
I don’t buy them often. I just sprinkle in different brands here and there in between tubs of pre workout just to try new stuff. Right now I’ve got some C4 ultimate that gives me headaches ![]()
thats actually what ive been using until i just got more of this total war. its a good substitute but all i feel is the beta alanine in 2 scoops of it. makes me shit a lot too.
You tried the ghost yet? I enjoyed it. I can’t remember who, but somebody makes some peach rings flavored pre workout, it’s amazing. Next on the list for sure!
wednesday–
flat bench- 315x3,4 325x3 335x3 225x19
incline dbs- warm up from 55-95 then 120s for sets… 120x6, 6
abs
man it feels like my body fatigues quickly, but at the same time my sets are heavy. sometimes it feels like im not doing much mentally/on paper but in the gym it feels like im beast mode.
i havent tried either but peach pre workout rings sound awesome def gunna look into that
alright i had to take 4 days off cause of the holidays and having my daughter everyday til i had to work. so today felt like christmas getting back and had an awesome workout
deads- 315x1 405x1 495 2x3 545x2 555x1
squats- 225x6 315 2x6 365 1x5
bent over rows- 225 2x8-10 275 1x6
curls
lat pull downs
i wanted to go heavier on squats probably could have but people who squat and deadlift same day are mad men and idk why i do it. im starving now but feel awesome. it was actually hard taking that many days off but my stamina today was there and def. noticeable. hope everyone had a good holiday
tuesday–
flat bench 315x3,5 335x2 345x1 355x2 225x19
def think im pushing 400 for a max. 355 twice went up really good. if i went for a max without the reps def think i can get at least 385 now. would be nice to hit that 4 plates each side though.
incline bench- worked up to 225 for a triple. dont usually do the incline bench and without a spotter i didnt want to go heavier. plus my muscles were giving out
my right front delt has really been bothering me on bench days. it felt good today til i started doing flys and then i stopped.
thurs–
seen an article on here for the 30 min deadlift challenge. the goal is to pull 315 for a double every min or pull 315 every 30 sec. it says if u cant your weak or out of shape, so i had to see if i was either.
needless to say i completed it doing a rep every 30 secs, with maybe twice waiting a minute. talk about a burn. i recommened everyone try it out though. it didnt start feeling heavy until like 25 mins, my legs just burned. and when i say heavy i mean just not easy. ugh.
i did some bench of friday and a couple other things. past couple of weeks have been tough me and my gf of like 4 1/2 yrs broke up so been dealing with everything maybe not in the best way, but im getting thru it.
only thing i really remember was hitting 315x7 which was nice, havent hit that many reps.
today sunday–
was gunna squat but someone was doing some weird shit on rack so just deadlifted.
495 3x3
lat pulls downs like 7 sets
curls like 5 sets
rear delt swings
abs
i had a workout inbetween last one posted and today but im not even gunna attempt to remember what i did besides some.bench so fuck it.

saturday

225x5
275x6

arms felt like jelo
monday–

405x1
495 2x3
545x2
585x1
felt strong strong today with these
hammer curls
bent over rows 225 3x8
abs
I think it was last year, but a lot of us did a 405 EMOM for 30 minutes and if you finish that you do an AMRAP with 405. There’s also that 20,000 pound challenge someone came up with. All really shitty feeling challenges.
that sounds awesome in the best worse way. challenge accepted:+1:![]()

whats the 20k challenge? 20k in 30mins?
Since we can’t post links,
Use the search bar and look up “How Fast Can You Deadlift 20,000 Pounds”. The whole thread in itself is kind of ridiculous, but it was an interesting challenge regardless.
hmmm thats sort of like the 315 challenge. the goal is 60x315 in 30 min which is probably close to 20k. i might have to try that.
haha im going to now thanks!
