Biotest Surge support group

Why use blender? It really mixes well with water. Just stir for 30 seconds and that’s it.

Mr. Berardi, I understand that Surge is not designed to aid in fat loss (i.e. MD6 or T2), but it shouldn’t negatively affect fat loss either, correct? Maybe I’m not properly understanding your recovery articles, but wouldn’t Surge be equally useful in both a dieting and bulking phase (to help preserve and gain muscle, respectively)? BTW, I received my Surge order a couple days ago (on an off day - damn!) and used it for the first time yesterday (Chest/Should/Tri followed by 20 minutes cardio - I’m in a lean phase). It tasted great!!! I’ve had some custom protein blends made with whey hydrolysates, and they tasted worse than anything I’ve EVER put in my mouth on purpose. I never though that I could vomit from the taste of non-rancid food - but whey hydrolysate made that possible. I swore I’d never drink that nasty shit again, but I trust Biotest, ordered Surge, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the taste. Thank you! Effects - drank immediately after my workout session and felt fairly lightheaded for a bit - I almost went to lay down. But it passed and I’m not nearly as sore as expected (I wish it would have arrived in time for my Quad workout - still hurting). I’m very impressed and plan to continue to use Surge after every weight workout. One question - if I’m doing a cardio only morning session (20 minutes) - would it be of substantial benefit to drink Surge rather than Grow after this workout (usually eat about 30 minutes after cardio only workouts)?

I notice increased vascularity starting about two hours post-surge and lasting almost throughout the day. Haven’t given it enough thought to explain that, though. Possibly some sort of osmotic water-pulling insulin induced vascular surface receptor type of thing going on there. Other than that, I haven’t fallen over, passed out, started shivering with cold sweats, seen the walls start to turn to liquid, or felt like I could fly. My good-morning-only hamstring workout (if you’re not doing good mornings, you should give them a try!), which usually leaves me a crippled, whimpering, and broken man, has not unleashed its usual wrath. I feel really good, but that could be the result of any number of factors or combination thereof. Have a geat weekend everybody.

i had the worst dizziness today… kinda cool … and also i remember tim saying that he saw his skin thinning almost daily… thats what i was saying… maybe you didnt read that

You’re right, guys. I just stirred it today and it mixes great. I just used a blender out of habit before. Angel food cake is a great description of the taste! “Nutty vanilla” works too.

Good stuff! Slight aftertaste, but not bad.

If Surge works, it should actually be helpful in fat loss, whether intended for it or not–post-workout recovery is essential for either phase (bulking or cutting), but until now we’d always had to use tons of protein with 80-120 grams of glucose, adding up to a 500-600 calorie shake. Surge claims to offer the same recovery, or better, at ~300 calories.

I used Surge after my Wed workout. Didn’t notice anything different when I ran stadiums on Thursday. Friday, I was feeling a bit low on energy when I went to the gym. Once I started, I was feeling really good. In fact, I was getting an incredible pump and felt like I could have kept going! I think the Surge may be the reason for that. I took it again after my workout, and had to lay down for a few minutes. I got that lightheaded feeling!
