20% off this weekend! What are your favorite supps that you would encourage someone to try if they are curious?
For me, if you haven’t already, I would absolutely try Surge Workout Fuel. The feedback is universally positive, and just a few workouts is enough to decide if you like it so it’s a perfect “trial” type product.
I have plenty of others I like, but I think they take a little longer so “see” the impact.

Am I allowed to participate?
Flameout is my secret anti-anxiety and anti-aging weapon. I know that sounds too good to be true, but it’s the biggest mental game-changer I’ve ever used. And for me it works immediately. If I had to guess why, it’d be because the brain can get inflamed just like any part of the body, so tamping that down can make a difference.
Also Metabolic Drive because I like eating desserts that don’t make me fat.

I like this “trial” product idea. For me, that would be Brain Candy.
I can be an anxious, introverted person. Brain Candy, for me, is positivity in a bottle.

I absolutely love Metabolic Drive. If I can’t have it, I refuse to buy anything else, nothing else measures up.

Of course!
I’m also liking Flameout. I’m holding judgement on it and I-Well for another few weeks, but I’m really thinking they might be helping my blood pressure (and I’ve been gaining weight!). The only reason I didn’t go with them for the “trial” concept is I feel like you have to give them some cumulative time to work.
I’d never thought of fish oil as an anxiety reliever; that’s interesting!
I keep hearing people like Brain Candy. I think it’s an @flipcollar favorite too. I don’t really struggle with anxiety (although I do stress my wife out), so it’s not something I’ve explored, but now I’m a little curious.

I REALLY want to try Brian Candy. Just wish it came in a trial sized package, like 3 bottles or something. Okay, I wish Biotest just had a big sampler box so you test things out.

If I took the Flameout I would know in a couple of days if I could take it. I have tried sooo many different kinds of fish oil that I can’t tolerate, I have given up on that whole supplement… lol

Brain Candy is also just a solid overall energy, mood, and focus booster. I just find it helps with my anxiety… probably at least a little because I’m in a better mood. Haha

This sounds like something we would all give each other for the holidays.

Funny(ish) story: When we were testing Brain Candy, Tim Patterson gave me some pre-market samples. I was taking an early morning flight the next day. Normally on flights I mind my own business and read. I’ve even put on unplugged headphones to give my seat mates the “don’t bug me” signal.
Well, the Brain Candy kicked in as we were boarding. I found myself chatting with people even as we made our way to the seats: “Good morning! Nice shirt! etc.” When we settled in, I was able to plow through a non-fiction book I needed to read. I normally find non-fiction pretty boring. So the focus and concentration effects were felt right away.
Most people think of stimulants and focus-related products as “pre-workouts.” But this is limiting. I seldom need a pre-workout boost, but a pre-editing-a-10000-word-Christian-Thibaudeau-article boost is very helpful.
(Just kidding, CT. Well, mostly.)

Unless you had some to give me as well, you may take a different seat, sir
Ha! Damn those 3.4 ounce liquid rules on planes!

Different brands have done different things.Let’s see… belching, vomiting, skin rash, and my personal favorite… makes me so shaky I can thread a sewing machine while it’s running.

Yikes! Maybe I don’t need any. I already have a lip running problem as it is.

That’s pretty wild! I suppose you’re entitled to a little hesitancy then
