No one has even questioned your assumption of blacks being followed around by a history of Jim Crow. They’ve all accepted it, hook, line and sinker.
Yeah, there’s that. But if Rajs contention that their brains are not only different and somehow lacking, but genetically hard wired to life in africa- they would not have survived on this part of the planet- thrust mid stream into the industrial revolution.
There were cats that lived around the one plant I worked in. We used this big shipway lift to pull barges out of the water to repair them. Every so often- a cat would get stuck in the mechanisms of the lift- because they don’t even have the brain function to understand those mechanisms.
If what Raj supposes to be true were actually correct- that would have happened to Africans in massive scale all over the continent in various ways. Similar to that plant, you might see an African american here or there, but there certainly wouldn’t be very many of them.

The easy solution is to mass-relocate an entire “race” of people (assuming you can adequately identify who precisely is part of that “race”) to another region of the world? That’s the easy solution?

Interestingly enough the richest blacks in the world were those under some form of white subjugation - America, South Africa, Barbados etc.

Yeah, but I don’t think he’s trolling - he’s not offering this stuff up to get a rise out of people, he’s doing it because he actually believes it. And even if he was, it isn’t working - people aren’t getting upset, they’re writing sharp, white paper-like posts cutting these antediluvian ideas to ribbons.

Take us back 50K years. Consider all the different climates/environments humans were living in.
Speculate for us as to how some of those climes/environments would be expected to favor (in an evolutionary-selection sense) ‘intelligence,’ but others wouldn’t.
