Skipped yesterday because i could barely walk (leg DOMS). Today wasn’t much better. Any who combined the workouts and not a bad one.

I was listening to that and my wife started singing “Shake that Hand”. Very funny. It’s the little things in life.

The Birthday girl from Vegas (Costa Rican originally) called Makers Mark " Market Place" so that is how it is forever known. I don’t have any language mishaps from us gringos because obviously we speak perfectly LOL no actually it’s because all are mishaps are R-Rated because everything has 4 meanings and 3.5 are bad LOL.

Fkn Douchebags I ordered protein powder. ON isolate. I got it and unboxed it and it was a bit open to where protein powder was spilled inside the box but the shrink wrap was still there although it was smaller than expected. Then there was no foil seal, at all. The taste wasn’t great and it didn’t mix well both are trademarks of ON. The nail in the coffin was that it’s been well documented in this log i am lactose i tolerant and this protein powder was definitely not lactose free. FKN DOUCHEBAGS!

Supposed to be Arms but truthfully both Biceps and Triceps still sore but Tris less. Did the bodyweight squats to hopefully get some blood in there because walking still sucks. Chest and delts sore AF. Fun times.

The gym used to have a back X bench but got rid of it to save 2 shitty AF back X machines. I made sure as many women saw me as possible to force the owners hand who also was looking on. I asked him about the bench a few days ago. Your move homie.

The workout went pretty well, I had a lot left in the tank which is a huge step up from Tuesday (which almost killed me) but I left it in the tank because fam was eating gorditas. The small things.

Little weak today, sleep has been shit plus didn’t eat a ton since Sunday after noon trying to build back up an appetite which worked.

Useless Feeling pretty useless. The games online are worse than ever and i just keep thinking every day i am here the opportunity i am missing in Vegas. Wifey was super understanding and gave me the green light to move our moving date ahead by over a month. Love that woman, person, however she is identifying these days.

Might not seem like much but thats some decent volume with 2 great movements. That spider curl machine is easily top 5 machine ever for any body part. Also for this gym being small, shitty and cheap they get one thing very perfect, ambience. Loud Metal and on a TV was playing a mexican BBing show rerun. Very cool. Loud angry rap or old school reggaeton would have also been acceptable. NOT the soundtrack from Mama Mia coupled with Telenova channel (Mexican Soap Operas) as in other gyms.

June 4th and Strategy changes We are headed out June 4th so I guess I am back in to maximize what ever I can do for T-Ransformation. As such I will be aiming to stay much leaner and 2 a days will probably start next week.

Drug Changes:
Test at ~400mg per week
Tren E at ~an irresponsible dose
Superdrol until the end of this week
Tamoxifen 10mg ED
~20mg Exemestane E4D
Last 2 weeks HALO at ~5-10mg preworkout

Really going hard to avoid gyno and I also want to stay a bit leaner (even at the expense of size) and I will reserve 3-4 weeks to cut hard AF in which Clen will probably be used.

Training legs at this gym is a nightmare. There are always 15 women in a 5 person train using up all the leg machines. They also train legs every day, like everyday. I think I might have seen one accidentally do a lat pull down yesterday. I mean its their right yada yada it just makes training legs here a nightmare.

Wifey went Unnatty AF!!! She’s on the creatine LOL She had her hesitations because she didnt want to be a cheater. “So what am I like super cheater?” “Kind of” I have to respect her honesty :smiley:

Yea definitely a little sick. Before i became sick though my waist was looking it’s tightest in maybe years. So tomorrow we should be super tight.

Wynonna Season 4 happy ending so yay but honestly the least best of the 4 seasons. Very few shows do i like any season more than the 1st. Probably only Archer. Ah and Modern Family.

War Stories: International Jokes little context most of the people i played were not born in the US. Maybe most were Asian. Well a dealer and a player were having a conversation about where in Asia they were from and concluded that because neither were Chinese they were friends. (Not my words) I giggled upon hearing this conclusion and the dealer was like “Asia doesn’t like China”. Me -“Yea China is kind of the USA of Asia” they both looked at me for a split second before laughing. Good times. If you are wondering what the other gringos had to say I’m pretty sure i was the only one on the table.

Pet Peeve of mine. The reason this conversation is so annoying is that most likely it was started by Pfizer for money but it could have real world implications for somebody who actually believes it enough to not get an “inferior” vaccine. The truth is none of the current statistics were compiled under similar enough conditions that we can even compare them against each other. J&J is performing pretty good but it has to deal with all the new strands that Moderna and Pfizer did not. Those 2 are only separated by 1% of effectiveness and again they werent tested under that similar of conditions. Even if they were 1% isnt enough to say one is definitively better. I know even less about the other 2(?) that are out there.

All things considered I am very happy with that. I barely ate the last 3 days and didnt train but didnt lose weight. Not eating obv helped my waist but hurt my neck size and weight. Lets hope for a more complete week this time around.

FANTASMA! 10 years in it still makes me giggle when I see somebody see a gringo for the first time. Lady was a deer in headlights on my walk to the gym today. Then some 12 year thought he just got a head nod from the real slim shady all grinning ear to ear. Funny stuff to brighten the day.

In an unrelated note i really hope Phantoms is still on Netflix.
