Best workout since back from Vegas…and since going to Vegas. Nice surprise considering I’m pretty tired dragging ass and thanks to the literal dumpster fire that is Torreon I’ve been super short of breath the last few days.

I love and will miss Mexico, Torreon on the other hand not at all.

Added weight this time to the squat machine but again didn’t push it.

Deer in headlights lady had a different look in her eye like i was a Christmas ham today. I swear i saw her lick her lips while staring. Funny enough her male coworker had the same look. I’ve heard some scary things about this place, I wonder what’s in the tacos.

(This is the place where a dude murdered a server over a bar tab. If your curious as to how expensive that might have been a whole “top shelf” bottle costs about $25 usd and comes with the trimmings. Litros go for $3.50usd. It’s been on my short list of places to go since I first saw it but wifey won’t let me go because apparently it’s a place for unsavory people.)

Alternative Weight Loss Technique: Bad Oyster Plan
Yes so Saturday we went to lunch with some friends and like an idiot i had the oysters. Fkt my world up. Spent all day puking Sunday and today I’m weak as shit and super dehydrated as i can barely eat. I feel like i have had a bad run of luck with health but self inflicted so just being dumb not luck. My thought process was i was super excited for all the good food in Vegas so why not have some fun food here. Yeah, dumb. No. Don’t have raw oysters this many kilometers from the ocean in the middle of the desert. Anywho hopefully I’m back in the gym tomorrow.

Sometimes you don’t know what you are craving until you see it. Thanks @planetcybertron As luck would have it my family also keeps some spicy pickled veggie in the house and it went great with my rice and chicken.

It’s a legit snack for sure. Practically nothing concerning calories and satisfies whatever spicy cravings that may arise. 10/10 will make again.

Good workout, definitely improved the numbers since back from Vegas at the only movement that matters (curls ldo).

Diet starts now. I don’t have a ton of expectations but let’s see what happens.

5 meals plus 1 shake. Carbs at every meal is either 300g potatoes or 2 slices of bread. Ketchup as desired. Breakfast is 4 eggs and every meal after that is 100g chicken breast. Post workout protein shake with 30g dextrose if training twice otherwise no dextrose.

~2400 cal / 203p / 310c / 33f

Cant wait to be state side again for so many reasons. Every one thinks they are Free Trade over Fair Trade until they either get educated or experience a lesser fair system. US is pretty “Free” but Mexico is super “Free”. So many things you take for granted in the US are luxuries here. AC/heating and even drinkable water from the tap are very rare to the point not even the richest have them in their house. The Rich’s own short sightedness cost them their own quality of living.

Mexico is what happens when Republicans run your country for 100 years. A lot of irony to be found there.

Any who, I still love Mexico but its time…for video games.

I wasnt going to run clen or even an oral but fk it. If I were in an actual competition I would be so far out I would be pre bulk. Strictly from a leanness standpoint I am like 12 weeks out. Maybe more but lets see what I can do in 18 days. I am also getting on those Ejones macros. Hell week(s) begin.

What does the Halo do for you?

Makes you look dryer which creates the illusion of being leaner.
It would have way better effect if i were leaner. It’s also really good for strength. It’s kind of harsh so it will work as an appetite suppressant too.

Superdrol is interchangeable imo which is probably less liver toxic.

I’m not great with harsher orals which is why I only run either 1-3 weeks at time.

This is what I have heard. Good for aggression. I think fighters use it commonly.

Cheque drops i think because it’s out of your system in 15 minutes. Tyson allegedly loved cheque drops…then bit off an ear and raped somebody, not in that order.

But if you don’t have a test Halo would be a better choice leading up to fight.

Deads felt ok, i am going to see if I build the shit out of my lower back etc if my back pain after things like deadlifting goes away. RDLs in the smith were an experiment. I stood out from the rack and really let my butt stuck out kind of like a drag curl if that makes any sense. It was ok. Probably wont be used again if I can find a legit back X bench.

Good 2 weeks of progress. Im switching to lean bulk emphasis on lean. Diet wont change much but no more clen, hate that shit and being this fat no reason to use it. I also wont be using the Halo as meh. Im just going to use the tren because Im already on it so 2 more weeks what ever. Then its Vegas TRT and the long term bulk.

Very excited to run this program. Its a cannibalization of 5th set. EZ Curls are 531ish but more linear.

Orville Season 2: Meh, the novelty of a Starwars spoof wore off a bit but its still decent. i mean its way better than real house wives of beverly hills which is what my Wife and sister in law are binging right now but that isnt saying anything.

The Mandalorian Season 1: Alright this worked well. Very enjoyable. Season 2 is on deck.

Wonder Woman 1984: Pretty good. Villain sucked but you can never go wrong with a wonder woman movie.

I pet a horse today Because Torreon LOL I enjoyed it. We went to an endo appointment and a horse wagon thingy was next to my car and Wifey wouldnt get in because she was afraid. So I went over thinking it would back up but nope, he/she/circle was all like “hey, pet me!!” These are the antiquated things I love about Torreon.
