Excessive Calories Mexico just changed their labeling laws so now everything says “Excessive Calories” instead of the actual number of calories in the package (which I greatly prefer). It was explained to me that some people dont understand the numbers so this new label is more effective. I am not sure I fully believe that but I totally believe that certain classes need to be emphasized like we emphasize Algebra (which is important). Bring back home-ec class but I would break it down into several different classes and really teach the shit out of that shit. Also wood working and other stuff teaching kids to physically work with their hands. Video games arent terrible at teaching problem solving and hand eye coordination but it isnt the same. Either way got a bit off track there. Lets see the JUNK!!!

Anywho… Diet is over, I have gone full Peggy mode (except Peggy stayed thin) and my Wife is Al Bundy giving me all the Bon Bons. Pretty sure she is trying to fatten me up before Vegas so no other women look at me. Jokes on her, she is literally the only person on this planet that thinks I am attractive. Well her and my buddy Luis Mario. He’s always good for a boost to my self esteem.

Vegas Now that all the plane tickets are bought (again #fkaeromexico). The plan in Vegas is I found a really good gym a 10 minute bike ride from the AirBNB so I will do that 4-5 times a week. Then with all the walking between casinos I actually think I will stay in some kind of shape better than the Stay Pufft Marshmallow. Meal plan is sandwiches because they travel well with the occasional comped meal. Breakfast is the normal egg based meal. When I return to Mexico after 2-6 weeks I have a stash of gear to polish off before heading to the USA permanently. When I come back I doubt I will play poker hardly at all so just focus on getting fkn peeled.

TRT I am hoping that somebody asks if I want to buy gear while I am there to avoid the awkward cold approach to a juiced AF trainer “hey, is there a TRT clinic or something similar around here?” For the record Vegas does have a TRT clinics but the cost would be 10x what a vial of test would be after tests, consultations and time spent.

Okay, Happy Sunday!!!, no sports, I mean soccer but is that really a sport? (LOL JKing entire planet) but the local team doesnt play until 7pm so I am Netflixing all day while Wifey cooks her arse off for Vday dinners. Full Peggy mode.

About her name…in Mexico people dont change their last name when they get married. It was weird but also it wasnt a big deal either. She went with Kemperman for her last name as a coach though which is pretty cool of her.

No training today as its 5’oclock Friday somewhere and Lovecraft got her claws into me. Its some weird shit so far so right up my alley.

Lovecraft Country The first 2 minutes I was all HELL FKN YEA!!! Then Atticus woke up. By the end of Episode 2 I was hooked again. To describe the show giving nothing away “Harry Potter (Atticus) and Django (Leti) do some Indiana Jones shit (fighting Nazis and searching for old magical stuff)” I actually dont know if I want a 2nd season just because of how perfect the 1st one was. I would of course binge watch it.

Snowpiercer Finally got around to starting that and its pretty good. I wasnt sure being trapped on a train would be that entertaining, it is.

Pokers For about 2 weeks I have been tracking the live games seeing where what happens and when. I have a solid plan. This should be fun. Since nothing really runs before Noon local time that also gives me a ton of time to get to the gym and meal prep etc each day. I will need to greatly adjust my internal clock though as the plan is to be playing until about Midnight every day and I am usually sleeping 8-4ish. Which in Vegas that is actually 6 to 2ish.

Been training but i pretty much have 0 time to log. If I’m up I’m either running to the gym or a poker room.

Poker week 1 went very well. Actual winrate was about as expected and my rake back and bonus chasing far exceeded expectations but isn’t repeatable. My winrate should be better this week though.

Planet Hollywood games are insane but only run weekends. Rest of the games even the regs are pretty exploitable. I have only encountered one “sicko”. Nice lady but shark AF. Watched her flirt 1k off this guy at a 1-3 table (300 max buy in). It was actually funny to watch because he was super annoying. Her skill would have gotten it eventually anyways but her flirting and having a shot with him exponentially sped up the process. He bought the shot, obviously. Luckily I am immune AF to those charms.

Natty AF Gym weight in a hoodie was 98.1kg which means I am waking up probably under 97kg. I’m not that lean. I am wasting away.

Pretty half assed workout this morning but all I can think about is grinding. Pretty excited i don’t have to take food with me today as I have a free Gordon Ramsay burger and should get 2 sammiches from Ballys. LFG!!!

FCKKKK forgot biceps. Back X felt good though, my glutes feel it now. I really think that Back X has had a huge role in my deadlift both good (when doing it) and bad (when I stopped because they were too easy). I dont think it builds strength as much as it engages the glutes which saves the lower back.

Mkay super tired but have to leave for bus stop in a few.
