Yea not a great pump. My delt kind of limited me on everything after Comp Bench. I think I am going to reorder this workout and got to Inc Dumbell Press as a finisher rather than the Barbell which seems to be aggravating my delt.
RECHARGING: I am going to treat this week as kind of a recharge week. Back off food and leg training and just maintain this weight or maybe a bit lighter. This leaves me a nice 6 week block to go fkn nuts pushing food and training. I think 105kg is the most I can hope for with out being a complete slob. Exercises wont change much but I will be going back to High Bar (for probably fatness) and adding back in Front Squats (for possible Badassness). I am going to a 4 workout rotation that will usually be done in 3 days. On Sunday when I train at Beach Body the workout will be super Bro Fluff and Pump crap as the Big 3 just suck to do there.
MKay so off to hit Back at Beach Body then I get to go pick up my plates from PowerfitâŠwhich is the Powerfit I didnt give my plates too.

Finished work and had a great day. Almost completely bounced back from the downswing so that is awesome. I have cut back the volume to move up in stakes.

Deads went ok, trying to rebuild my set up from Garret Fear to Russel Orhii. Not sure its worth it.
Squats were meh. I switched between High Bar, Front and Zombie Squats as I could but it didnt progress past my first warmup weight. I think my wrist and flexibility will be fine to Front Squats but my quad isnt yet. Quad was a ton better though, I probably could have low barred.
Was supposed to be arms but my arms are SORE AF for no conceivable reason. I guess this week was neededâŠand 3x per week was dumb. I mean I got stronger, but smaller. My arms actually lost 0.25cm which that could even be user error but they sure didnt get bigger despite my weight going to up 3kg.
And weâre back Terrible week of work last week so I kind of disappeared into that. Then the weekend got here so I wifey and I took some us time. But now I am back!!!

Back and Deadlifts are optional. So if I am feeling run down that is what I will drop to ease up.
All this could be for naught as I type my Wife is naming off new regulations and gyms arent looking good. This area just hit like 40% infection rate so everything is going code red.
Like Riding a Bike I started playing NLHE again. The game has evolved a ton but so far that has actually made it easier to beat. The level I just moved up to today though seems like a big jump in skill level.
Gym Weight: 107.0kg That was a shock. I am really wearing it well. I mean I am 10kg from going to the beach but my wedding ring still loose, I can walk without my back hurting and I dont think I am snoring that much.

My wife doesnt understand UK english, at all. Her Spain spanish is eeehhhhh.

REFOCUSED Probably, it really depends on how sick I am right now. Diet back on point, no more poor hydration choices. Game plan for the next 2 weeks is recomp. I will do this by cutting out carbs after my âanabolic windowâ.

This workout I was a bit distracted which I know seems pretty bad as this is day 1 of the refocus buuuut the problem was that I was worried if I would make the 10 minute drive home with out having to stop and go to the bathroom. Good workout. I am pretty sure I got too fat a couple weeks ago and that was why my pumps were sucking.
Game Theory Optimal So had another disaster of a day on felt so I have spent a ton of my time the last 36 hours modernizing my game. Some of the stuff I forgot, some of it I was willfully avoiding, and some of it I would have never thought of. Any who we look back on track.
Thanks to poker stress I slept like 3 hours last night. I am typing disclexicly right now (shut up, totally a word). Wifey found my special brownies though so I ate about a third of one of those. I should sleep like a baby tonight.
woke up in the middle of the night to pee and was so confused as to why I was so fkn high. I forgot I ate the brownie LOL. Slept awesome though.

Knees felt like shit. RDLs were fkn with them in new places so that was fun. Then I couldnt even do the leg press. I probably should have trained back but my mind is really not in this right now. Long story short it is inevitable my wife and I move to the USA so I can get a real job. Poker determines how long we can put this off and it has been hella stressful. It should be turning a corner.
GTO I am getting much better at executing the tweaks and the new situations that come up with them. This is promising.

Incline Bench blew my delts up to the point I had to take a break to let them cool off just to do Rope Tricep Extensions.
This is the workout I always thought I would do if I committed to BBing. Incline, Flat, Flys Triceps. I think the plan is sound I think the Incline Bench at my sucks and I also used my normal grip width but for incline that is too wide. I even went to a board to try and limit shoulder issues and that did not work. I might try this again with better Incline Execution OR more likely I go Flat, Incline Dum, Flys Tris.
Obsession To give an idea of how of how insane I am right now I am playing poker about 6 hours a day. I am studying another 3-6 hours. About 2 hours a day I am playing free poker. This is about how it was before I went pro. I would watch poker on TV, while playing poker online in between reading poker books I checked out of the library (because this was before the internets were what they are now).
Any who, time to have an adult nap and then grind. Its been a while.

I also like that movie. Isnât it kinda a cult movie now? I didnât even want to watch it at first due to me thinking a movie on poker does not sound interesting. Turned out pretty good.
