Horror Stories for Grown Ups So my wife and I have an adult toy. Its small so easy to misplace (apparently). About a week or 2 ago (its been a while #stress) I saw it left out so I put it away. Or so I thought. Now we cant find it. We live with her parents and little sister whom is always in the room because they share clothes. I am not 100% sure I put it away, and obv no idea where I put it away to.

If our spouses donât drive us nuts do they even love us? I have everything in triplicate and have to hide it from my wife. If I donât she will âput it awayâ and I will never see it again. Yesterday she took my corona masks (yes 2) from the car to wash them. Obviously she didnât put them back but because I know her I had a 3rd hidden in my car. I mean I have 2 she can see thinking she can take one to clean, leave me one. But no. Aaaagggghhhhhhbhvvvv!!!
Still training hard but will probably only be in here once or twice a week. All of my down time goes to wifey right now.

9am I either nap or go to the gym

2pm done with poker
study until about 5-6pm
6-8pm Gilmore Girls with Wife and Sister
8pm in bed fall asleep watching some poker video usually by about 803pm
So not a ton of free time. With the uncertainty of the future wifey and I been making the most of nowâŠwhich we should have been doing anyways.
Training Upper Arms Legs Split done twice a week. Reps in the 10s.
Diet: for the most part I have cut back a ton. 3 lowish days (upper / rest) and 4 highish days (arms / legs). I am not tracking much just mostly clean and not being hungry.
Weight:? I havent weighed myself since i dont know, if I had to guess somewhere in the 102-103 range. I cant wait to start cutting.
Poker I cleaned up a lot of my fundamental mistakes. Now usually when I make a fundamental mistake its on purpose (hellooooo fishy). Winrate has been holding at 5bb despite running rather bad so that gives me a ton of confidence for the future.
Variance: The markers I use to decide how I am running are All in EV (usually pretty even), how frequently I get dealt certain hands (AJ+ and Pocket Pairs), and how often I flop sets with pocket pairs. Checking that stuff has kept me sane.
Scream on Netflix Huge fan of the movie series and the series on Netflix is a pretty cool reboot.

Covid: Negative Training, diet, work and even injections have been chaos lately. I trained twice last week. I was sick Sun-Tues so took the Covid test and everything came back Negative. Saturday we celebrated Thanksgiving (Mexico doesnt have that as a holidayâŠyet)
Buuuut I AM BACK!!! Hopefully for good this time. Probably still wont be in here every day but everything should be more balanced.
AM Weight: 103.55kg of pure potato
Drugs: 1400mg of Test, a big reason for the injections being sporatic is laziness so I will just simplify it and now every 4 days take a shot of 800mg.
Training: I am adding back in EZ Bar Curls. My biceps seemed to have stopped growing when I stopped doing them so even the biceps need the âheavy compoundsâ I guess. And yes that is the only change worth mentioning because Biceps are all that matters
Work: It has actually been going pretty good with a few horrible outlier incidents that really fkt the process if you will.

FKN MORON Mkay so I after all my âPeri Workout Nutritionâ I came home and prepped my next meal to eat that I was supposed to eat before I started work. I took note of the clock and knew my next meal needed to be at 115pm and started grinding. Well 110pm came around and my sugar was crashing, hard. So I had wifey bring me my next meal with BBQ sauce (sugar is faster than rice) and scarfed it down. Didnt help.* I paused all my tables and went and raided the fridge for everything and even ate my 3rd rice and chick meal. Now I was feeling better. I sat back down and started to grind and Wifey goes, you still have your first meal there next to you. FML im a moron. I forgot to eat that meal.
*If you dont catch your sugar crashing pretty much before it crashes its going to be a rough ride down. Its important to know the signs and symptoms if you decide to do this dumb shit.
Its 5 Oclock and Friday in China Funny family inside joke for any time somebody has a drink not on the weekends or before 5.
Anywho, the work week is done. We finished strong to break even on the tables but good ole rake back to save the day. I spent all morning working on my game and now its time for some football.
Training Went well all week. Saturday was feeling a bit rough (got up at 330am for work) so I skipped Deads but had a great leg workout.
Diet not bad, I purposely dropped about 2kg last week. Hopefully I get another kg off next week.

My Wife calls me Toots My grandpa used to always call my grandma toots. Ironically and in his remembrance I call my wife toots every once in a while. Also I am a lot like my grandpa and my wife is so much like my grandma. Plot twist, she started calling me toots.
In other wifey news she gave the finger to an old man. He had it coming. He made hissing noises at her (mexican cat call) so she gave him the finger. Thats my girl.
Training Its going well. No more low bar means my shoulders feeling good and I have been pushing the bench strength a bit.
Diet Mostly clean.
Physique Not great but for my weight at 103-104kg (it did not come down this week as planned) I am looking ok.
Drugs Test and stopping the slin. I was only using it on arm workouts anyways.
Work Has had a couple bumps but I am getting more and more consistent each day. I am becoming terminatorâŠ
Banished to the kitchen My sister in law fell asleep while breast feeding, boob out. LOL Iâm sure the parents in here can relate. So Iâm banished to the kitchen until she wakes up and situates. Funny stuff.

When I was fairly new to training, and dieting, I had a very low-carb stint but had just started using BCAAs and in a more-is-better situation I had some 40 grams of it and it was fairly leucine rich prompting a very prominent insulin response but since I had no blood sugar I did not feel well >_<. Repeated the mistake twice before figuring out what was happening.
Does this make you nervous long term? I am a relative newbie to gear. I know the pros or guys who look âonâ take more than most think typically. How long have you been running cycles like this? Do you TRT for periods of time? What TRT dose do you run if you cruise or TRT? Any nasty sides with that much test?

Prostate cancer. That one worries me because the repercussions of that are a long painful annoying death. Honestly, I am not trying to have a long life but a brighter short one.
5 years in February. I try to TRT 6+ months a year but it probably closer to 4-5 months a year at 200mg.
I have built up a tolerance. First 500mg cycle probably had the worst sides for a test only cycle. First time trying over 1000mg a week was bad enough to lower the dose but not bad enough to remember the sides.
To a newbie the best advice I can give is less is more. I know that isnt the way our brains work but what I have found is when I bump doses I dont get horrible sides per say but bad enough sides that less would produce better training and eating. Blood pressure, lethargy, insomnia etc.
The first time my sugar crashed was from a similar incident. Long before PEDs I had some diet coke on an empty stomach and bam. At the time I didnt even really know the symptoms.
Baby Steps. Skipped the gym Monday and Tuesday. Wednesdayâs workout was nothing to brag about but every day workouts got better (that I showed up). And today we are back. And by we I mean Wifey started coming back to the gym too and honestly I think that helped a ton.
Nerd School: Started Star Trek Discovery. It has all the elements I like in a show so should be cool. In my old age I judge a things I watch based on whether or not I think it would be a good to show my children some day. Smart, diverse casts and women of power. Now the music I listen to on the other handâŠ
Work: fuuuarck, yea sucks. Moving to US is imminent. Not thrilled with the transition but but once the band aid is off it should be cool.
Dat DRAMMMMAAAAAAA: Back Story. My friend code named Dude. He was in a very long term relationship with Boo #1. Boo #1 went to the USA and went straight to have a kid with an ex lesbian (I can not make this shit up). This was 5+ years ago. Dude was dating Boo #2 for about a year but they broke up during covid. Well about a month ago things got rekindled hard (all the innuendos intended). Boo #2 didnt want to recommit so Dude told him if he dont want to commit then lose his number. Well Boo #1 came to town and they were chillin and posted a photo on IG and Boo #2 lost his mind. The reason I am loving this is because I really like Boo #2 and he needs to commit. I really liked Boo #1 too but there isnt anything there. My life is seriously a Romcon, which I dont really like but in real life they are a lot more entertaining.
UPDATE: Boo #2 just invited Dude to lunch eeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
