I have had some pretty bad DOMS in my life but today my Biceps were sore on another level. Also pretty sure I have been mistaking muscle soreness for cramps in my arms. Until it becomes full blown DOMS it feels closer to cramps IMO IDK though.

AM Stats Blood Sugar: 92 Weight: 102.0kg Not bad. I didnt have carbs in my last meal but I did eat a whole thing of Mole to myself which is kind of high fat and sugar. #NORAGRETS

Reaggravated my Quad on that 460 warmup and I tried to do a 3x5 at 230 but got 1 rep like noooooope. It feels fine now though. I will probably not do my heavy set next week on Squats. It seems intensity is bad, volume irrelevant.

Bench is weak AF. Its almost like specificity is a real thing?

Deads went way better. Played with my belt position. Didnt like any of it.

Mkay, great session this morning after a disappointing (but encouraging) weekend of shot taking. Might take the rest of the day off but right now I need to eat and take a damn nap.

Physique Update: I finally did a check in with good lighting and turns out I have a lot of the definition I thought I lost so long story short we pushing food!!! Also, pretty lame but my waist still big AF which I am sure is from the slin but I think as soon as I stop the slin and get cutting my waist will come back in. So annoying and pretty unhealthy.

OK love the T-Bar rows. Aside from a ton of muscle soreness everything feels good. Pretty sure I will start going to beach body for my back workouts as T-Bar Rows are my main movement I dont need the CS Uni Row Machine.

PVI Update: 0.47 (Player Value Index 2 is good for player, 1 is normal, less than 0 is bad for player) This will be fun to track. Pretty sure that asking for the deposit bonus started me at 0.5 and over the last couple days it seems to be falling as I am crushing and putting in volume.

AM Weight103.1kg And THIRSTY!!! So probably high blood sugar (afraid to test). I was looking pretty good today carbed up so I decided I will push the weight until I cant see Quad definition. Bye bye low bar and my belt that only goes to 100cm.

Is this something you celebrate routinely, in a look at other couples with kids haha way or do you have kids but they are away on camp for a week?

Every month :wink: honestly we kind of want kids so are the opposite of careful but at the same time we enjoy our life. Once a month though we get some junk food and watch mama mia or some other chick flick.

I was really looking forward to bottomless Corona’s on Halloween but I saw this so obviously plans change. Mexican “Bourbon”:

So the reviews I read said it was nothing like bourbon (despite it being made from corn and aged in bourbon barrels) but I still had to have it.

Also just made bisquits (from a tube) and gravy (from scratch and guessing) for the first time. Can out a bit thick but so good.

Not a good bulker as it is so filling.

I made it through a 3rd before I was full…I then ate all but 2 bisquits.

VERY MUCH!!! Which is not weird because I grew up in the country but it is weird how much I love southern/creole cooking because it was in Michigan and the only time we ate those foods was when we went out.

My wife loves this but I dont think she has seen it so I think I will introduce her to it.

Yea so my quad and knee were shit today. It was so bad I couldnt do a hamstring curl. Incline Bench went well though.

Then I was told we are going back to “red” but apparently they are only closing bars, restaurants and clubs…but that would be the first logical thing this government has done so I am doubtful.

Insane fkn pump. My arms might be getting bigger. Not sure how big is considered actually big but we are getting closer. Cant wait to measure them next week.

Kind of a black cloud over the world the last couple days. Work has been shit, everybody off moods and worst by far a good friends Dad just passed from Covid this morning. He had pretty bad health from poor diet, hydration and inhalation choices. Take care of your selves people, life is short.

Insane fucking lat pump. I think the Slin was still in my system a bit. I have never felt them like that before. Rear delts loved the Pec Dec too. If the gyms are still open next week I am going to join Beach Body.

Work: Stopped the Bleeding. Rough 3 days on the virtual felt but today I think we sorted some shit and stopped the bleeding.

Strength has increased this week, I looked small though. OK, I might have a mild bigorexia case. It would be a bigger case but I am not that big so still a lot of truth to it.

Your approach to bulking is similar to my normal diet, lmao. No wonder I’m a fatass. Have you ever used straps for front squats, makes it so keeping the bar on the shoulders is way easier, if your wrist flexibility sucks.

I have but it felt very unstable and it hurt my delts more, like it rested more on bone than meat. Now that you mention it though I think I will revisit it as I really want to front Squat. I wont be doing heavy Fronts anyways so it shouldnt feel so unstable.

Abasolo Review: I really wanted to like it It has hints of good flavors over powered by the sensation of what I assume it feels like to drink gasoline that is currently on fire. With Diet Coke it just ruins the Coke, its drinkable with Sprite but I can do better. I am thinking heavy citrus.

EDIT: It ruined sprite too once I got to the booze. HOWEVER I threw up a hail mary. Something that makes ZERO sense unless you live in Mexico. I froze the bottle. Cut a lime. Covered my hand in salt and took a cold shot just you shoot Tequila and it was kind of good. Logically whiskey shouldnt taste good this way. But in Mexico, thats how everything tastes good.

Redeeming Qualities: Well it will be really hard to drink a lot of it…and I was pretty buzzed after 1 drink made with it.

I hit 365 back in the day with the straps, just put my hands out pretty wide with the straps for stability. I’m thinking about doing a front squat block soon too, get those quad gains
