ROM is hella important. Ignore the amount of wasted time doinng a half ass rep and how that adds up set adter set full ROM just makes the muscles work that you want. Full ROM on Incline I can feel those upper boobies pumping, With any of the back work a full stretch hits my lower lats and delts and the full squeeze is all lower lats. Insane how that works.
I did this. It worked really well. Food tasted great and I have never been more bloated on 2000 calories (as in I absorbed all of it quickly).
Iām on vacation on the Oregon coast, went to a sports bar to watch the second half. They refused and played country music and Kid Rock instead so i watched on my phone, real rough. Just hoping for a game 7 LAL win so I can win and make a trivial amount of $$

POST PUMP: Arms grew to 48.5cm and 46.25cm so 2 cm pump. My goal for this bulk is now to get 50cm pumped gunz, It should be possible but either way I am going to push it fkn hard to try.
I am pretty much completely disregarding the waist and weight measurements. Yesterday my diet was far from normal so I will eat normal today and tomorrow and retake the measurements tomorrow and Monday to get a better idea of where I am at.

Honestly I didnt do any of my normal stuff. This gym has about 200kg of my plates and they want to offer me a free membership rather than give them back but the gym is just so bad. Not having my normal stuff and my wrist acting up got me to find some new ways to do some old stuff though so thats a positive.
So the first time I moved to Torreon (several years ago) I remember seeing this BBer, he is a pro on some level. I remember thinking how huge he was. I saw him today and I donāt know if he downsized or what but he wasnāt so big.
That is the base program. I might make Wednesday a Unilateral day. Like Split squats, Incline Dum Press and 1 leg Hip Thrust or something like that. I might do 2 a days too on Mon-Wed-Fri.
Green are the main movements and scripted. Yellow are warmup stuff usually in the 3-5 sets of 15-20 reps at RPE -20. Teal are 10-20 rep feeders sets up to a top set maybe with some back down sets if I am feeling that exercise.
Mon-Wed-Fri I will not be using āPeri-Workout Nutritionā and will treat these days a bit like cut days. That will probably change in 2-4 weeks. Arm workouts will be utilizing the Peri-Workout Nutrition.

This was brutal. This is easily top 5 hardest workouts I have ever done. Probably THE hardest. I have never done that much Big 3 volume in a workout and possibly in a week.
It got to a point that I was moving so slow that I didnt take actual inter set rests. I just loaded the plates and did the next set repeat.
I fell short of pretty much all my targets and over shot pretty much all of my top set. I am sure my weekend hydration and diet choices had nothing to do with that. LOL Any who, its only up from here.

I put the warmup sets because other wise it looks like the bare minimum dabump tsst. Yea so warmups and finishing a 3x8 on Squats took 40 minutes. Old man problems AMIRITE. Having said that Low Bar Rack is getting better (I am really focusing on it), wrist is getting betterā¦quad regressed a bit but what eves.
About that Quad. So my right tear drop quad muscle is noticeably smaller than the left. Probably from my knee injury years ago and it never rebalancing. Well that same muscle is the one that tore on that front squat which makes total sense. Now I am really pushing the unilateral stuff. Also being much more conscious of not having hip shift.
OK time to eat, grind hopefully nap and hopefully ānapā before going back in later.
Skipped the rest. I had just woke up from a nap and my delt that I slept on felt pretty annoyed. I kind of blame the Low Bar but IDK for sure either.
Mkaay work is done, booking volume and good wins. I did a ton of math and I have some expectations etc of how this is should go as long as I keep my eye on the prize. Also researching PEDs right now (ritalin and adderall) to see if maybe that could help this brain stop sucking a bit.
Oh, Drug Bump going from 700mg Test + 525mg EQ to 933mg Test + 700mg EQ. Basically I am injecting the same dose every 3 days instead of every 4 days. I will keep AI the same.

Shit morning on the virtual felt and all the math I did was way off. It would seem GGpoker has a PVI or Player Value Index and this number can range from 0.1 to 2. If you have a 1 then all the rakeback etc is equal to what their site says. If you have a 2 it would be double. I have been on their site about a week and earned under a 0.5 already but I dont know exactly, yet. So I earn half of what they say. I am going to keep tracking this and see how it goes.
The other thing I have learned is to not eat during the āAnabolic Windowā as my blood sugar isnt stablized yet and it affects my playā¦that or the hour of day is just a shit time IDK.
Iām a huge Meadows fan! That laying Y raise thing is so bad ass. I always forget about it and never end up doing it, but the few times I have done it, itās been wild.

Yea I finished my lifesaving sugar water accidentally just as I was set up for deads and the gym didnt have any gatorade so Deads got superset with Cable Flys (which has to be a world record first).
This workout went great. I tried this revolutionary new warm up technique. I mimicked my 1st exercise with no weight. I did body weight squats and it got my quad feeling a ton better and cut about 6 warm up sets off my Low Bar Squats. This sped up my Squats by about 10 minutesā¦still not fast enough for my sugar water though.

My back has been feeling pretty good probably because I havent been Rowing sooooo time to bring back the Rows LOL. I am hoping to get them in 1-2 times a week. I kind of believe that those heavy compound movements are what bring out the density and striations. I think its kind of why Reagan Grimes always looks soft on stage.
OK crushed yesterday and had a good day today but this week has been a bit of a mental grind so going to kind of deload today. The rest of the day is going to be spent watching gilmore girls and playing chess or video games.
