Listening to so called experts and not listening to my body.
Figured I’d add to this since I’m still learning.
- Not eating enough (yeah, it’s really hard to learn)
- Not checking my ego at the door when deadlifting (yeah, I can consistently deadlift 315, but if my form starts to take a hit 3 sets into a 5x5 I’ve got issues)
- Not warming up enough because I was too afraid it would effect my lifts
- Not eating enough carbs and fats.
- Not having a peri and post workout meal (usually a shake)
- NUTRITION
- Knowing what my body responds to, and how quickly it adapts neurologically.
