Biggest Training Mistake You've Made

Listening to so called experts and not listening to my body.

Figured I’d add to this since I’m still learning.

  • Not eating enough (yeah, it’s really hard to learn)
  • Not checking my ego at the door when deadlifting (yeah, I can consistently deadlift 315, but if my form starts to take a hit 3 sets into a 5x5 I’ve got issues)
  • Not warming up enough because I was too afraid it would effect my lifts
  • Not eating enough carbs and fats.
  • Not having a peri and post workout meal (usually a shake)
  • NUTRITION
  • Knowing what my body responds to, and how quickly it adapts neurologically.
