I am a twenty-one year old male and i weigh aprox. 185 pounds however i am holding some unwanted body fat aprox. 15-18%. my over all goal would be to weigh between 180-190 pounds at 5-8% body fat (in essence be ripped up at 185 pounds) My Question is should i continue to try and gain weight and then diet back down to my desired weight or should i diet now to lose excess body fat and then try to just gain lean muscle?
