I haven’t been able to find any of the threads where CT has talked about bringing up lagging arms with the HP Mass program, if anyone could point me in the right direction or give me advice that would be great!
I stopped training (HP mass was my program) about a year ago and at that time, my arms were about 16 and 1/4-1/2 inches and my legs were well over 27 inches. From what I know, my arms were at least an inch out of good proportion.
I’d like to figure out how to fix that, now that I’m going to start training again.
Train them…
There is a full day devoted to arms/back in the program. If you feel you need more, do them as the active rest during your upper body Pressing instead of the other work (rotator cuff, upper back, traps)

I did train them. I followed the program the way it was layed out, including the the arms/back day.
It’s mainly just my legs that are really out of proportion, so if I were to replace anything shouldn’t it be on a leg day? I’d rather not lose anything in my upper back or traps if you understand where I’m coming from.
Could I just do eccentric less work on top of everything else everyday?
Or do two lat/bicep days a week?
Do NOT drop a full leg day for an arm day. The eccentricless work is a good idea, although I dont know if you need to do it EVERY day.
Understand that arms are a small muscle, they can and do take a long time to look bigger. Train them consistently and they will get there man. This stuff takes YEARS though
Isn’t there specialization work in HP Mass for lagging body parts, where you dedicate a day from each week of the program? I’m doing the arm spec one.
So essentially, I’m hitting them twice a week.
