Big Lifts Frequently

The most optimal proven result gains™ powerlifting program is one where you squat, bench, pull, etc once a week for one set. Every month you must take it easy for a week also. Then add 5 pounds and re-do the month. No other protocol methodology strategic program in the world is superior. Go buy the book 5/3/1 you will understand how sharp it really is. All top 5 placers at the recent IPF Worlds (classic) are on this program, that is because it is the ultimate proven scientific in the trenches program. Do more than that and you will suffer multiple injuries and lose tons of strength due to overtraining.

If you train too often you are bound to overtrain, that is a scientifically proven fact. You might think you are cunning enough to adapt to superior workloads by taking your time, and slowly earning the work capacity/GPP/conditioning/etc needed to perform such feats, but you are WRONG. That is pure myth. This will only work if you stack PEDs. And even then you are bound to be injured ALL THE TIME, FOREVER.

You also MUST eat protein shakes, or else you will stay small ALL YOUR LIFE. Go online, there are tons of research papers that aren’t sponsored by supplement companies that will prove my theory.

So remember, if you do more than 3 sets a month, you will overtrain. GOOD LUCK
