Smith Machine Bench Press:

EZ-Curls:

Today i got home from work, went to sleep for an hour did WONDERS, had a red bull went to the gym completely refreshed !

Might try do that every day, had LOADS of energy and felt great THANK GOD the ramp is over !

I’ve been really enjoying this blog, and am onto week 3 of BBB myself, don’t stop updating - I need the inspiration!

I have been following this post since you started. Please keep on posting. I am following the same BBB program as you, 6 days a week. Started at 172 pounds and gained 15 pounds in the first 6 weeks! Gains have slowed but I am floating above 190 and I am on the second ramp with the 90 second rests. I know next week is gonna kick my ass!
