Big Arms/Shoulders and Nothing Else

Ive done one cycle after finding out I was hypergonadal and ive added decent size to my arms and shoulders which were my biggest features already. But what I don’t get is they are my weakest bodyparts.

My arms flexed cold are 17.5 inches and my shoulders get complimented at the gym and they look kinda out of place on me because im fat, have a big bellt small chest small back small forearms no traps. But my delts pop through anything I wear.

All I do for my arms is cable curls or dumbbell curls for biceps and I am curling 12kg for about 12 reps. I do cable curls two handed for 25kg. For tricep all I do is tricep pushdowns with a straight bar or cable and I use about 28kg on the stack.

My shoulders are really good looking especially contrasted with the rest of my body and I do 8kg for 12-14 reps incline lateral raises. About 10kg for front raises. About 35kg for facepulls.

I noticed I just feel a pump after about 5 reps on my first set on these exercises, my muscles start burning straight away and feel engorged.

Meanwhile I can bench 38kg dumbbells and I have no chest at all. Similarly I can do slow controlled pullups at a bodyweight of 220lbs around 33-25% bodyfat for about 8 reps. But my back had no mass it it. Ive tried lowering the weight to try and feel it more and ive tried going really heavy. Nothing seems to make them grow like my arms and shoulders.

How much is bodypart reaction genetic and you either have good chest and bad calves or good arms bad traps etc?

Genetics man. Assuming your training is dialed in appropriately there isn’t much you can do other than targeting those groups to the best of your ability. That doesn’t mean they will catch up. For example I have very strong/large glutes and hamstrings, shoulders/traps, but my arms and chest lack. I’ve been at it for 25+ years and those areas still lag.

Its geneics. I cant make shoulders and arms, while having good chest, back and legs
