Big 3 Braggers

Oh, and I’ve got a few pictures in my profile, I just don’t want it to be public because people I work with know I’m on this forum.

I’ve got mad pictures!

HM, me and you are on the outs!

I subscribed to the whole get your ‘big three’ up and you will look amazing bro science bs, been there done that, i know better now.

It really is as simple as this:

If the goal is bigger pecs (and thats why most guys bench) there are better options than the way most guys ego bench- using everything but the muscle they are trying to overload.

Want bigger legs? Go ahead and do heavy back squats it will make em grow, but you will also develop some ugly huge glutes in the process, add a little bulking fat on top and you could probably play J.Lopez stunt double.

Deadlifting - Rows and verticle pulls will do more to get the wide thick look you seek.

This thread has really highlighted how misinformed alot of people are when it comes to geting the physique they are actually after.
You’re really a noob. Let me count the ways:

If you are not huge or have an amazing physique, from whence does this great wisdom of yours come from? Surely it does not come from EXPERIENCE. I hate “bro science” as much as the next informed guy, but EXPERIENCE DOES COUNT and you have none.

If you want bigger pecs (or bigger anything) your actual options are to do those movements that your body based on your levers responds to. But again, to KNOW that requires EXPERIENCE. Some guys and their levers will respond quite nicely to bench press - others not so much. You don’t know how your body responds until you been thru the trial and error.

I bet all the flat assed guys and gals out there wished it were as easy as doing heavy back squats LOL. Again, your levers will determine how you respond to a given movement. I’ve never met a woman that did not like a well rounded muscular ass on a guy and I’ve never seen a broad I like that didn’t have some ass. All in the eye of the beholder but lots of us love J-HO’s ass.

Rows and verticle pulls have their place but do NOT replace deadlifts. You are WRONG. But why would I be surprised? You’ve gotten everything else wrong.

Good luck going from 170 to and asthetically pleasing 175. LOL

I mean shit, why would anyone want to look like that?

oh I get it! sarcasm! thats what it is. So yeah that guy just looks awful. So I go to the gym everyday and just say [i] I dont want to look like that[/i}. Right boys!

the 1st few pages of this thread were funny…the op is a retard.

To me, it looks like all the Big 3 gets you is a championship trophy…

Only problem with women liking my ass is I just feel violated when they squeeze it and I’m not looking in the club.

If people told you to do the big 3 and you ended up looking like j-lo that’s your dumb ass fault not ours. Just because we said learn how to do the big 3 doesn’t mean ONLY do the big 3.

I don’t know anybody with a complete physique who doesn’t do the big 3 with the exception of those who surpassed normal safe weights for repping out on the big 3.

I would bet that is a lie by roughly .75-1.25 inches
U admirin’ 17’s + captain america boxers brah?
You really aren’t dong yourself any good here. Your arms look about the same as mine did when I weighed 155 lbs. Congrats.

You know, talking shit about powerlifters and then posting pictures that highlight your lack of development in comparison to many of the powerlifters on this board. Probably not a great idea.
Good Job on your 17’s at 155lbs, can I haz your genetics please? what you got now 25’s? lulz

Vince Gironda would like a word with you ego benchers.

Cy@~~
No he wouldn’t. He’s dead. Liar.

The funniest part of it all is you used a drawing to prove your point.

Why do people think big glutes are ugly? Are you fucking stupid? Women love muscular glutes and they make you look like you actually could run or jump or lift something. Maybe you just can’t tell the difference between a fat ass and big glutes.

Yeah I’m confused here… since when did glutes become anything other than awesome?

I like the drawing of mojo sucking the braggers dong. pretty funny. nice work whoever did that.
