African American has specific criteria attached to it. Namely, you are descended from American slaves.
So, some genetic component. Like x and Y chromosomes.
Trans racial would be cool though because we could all shed white privilege if desired.
And does the NAACP actually require members, even black ones, to be descended from slaves? I never knew that.

There are people who were thought to be female from birth that have XY chromosomes, but are resistant to androgens (don’t develop male genitals). These people would have been considered women up until recently when we could test for XX or XY.
There is evidence that going through male puberty, then transitioning to female is a disadvantage in certain sports, and an advantage in other sports. It is often assumed incorrectly that male puberty is always an advantage in sport. Having a bigger male frame, without most of the male hormones (less muscle) can be a disadvantage in long distance running for example (more weight to carry), but an advantage in things like powerlifting.
IMO, when it isn’t hard to do, just having separate divisions makes the most sense.
Sure but eyes have the function of sight though some are born blind from birth. Medical anomalies don’t change the rule.

Yes, but above you had a post about not playing along with a lie. These people (some of them attractive “women”) have XY, have thought they were female their whole life (usually it is found out they have AIS when they can’t conceive). Are they living a lie because they are biological males?
Those unfortunate men with a medical condition are welcome to use the same public restroom as myself… What percentage of the population is that? A genuine medical condition?

What it comes down to is valuing an insignificantly small personal victory of “being right”, at the expense of making a likely emotionally fragile person feel like absolute dogshit.
Its basically standing in line at the mall during december and telling each kid that there is no santa, and the guy in the chair is really your drunk uncle jerry.

I haven’t been in any girls locker rooms that didn’t have them. I have been in four different ones through my time in schools (yes always empty). Much like girls bathrooms it’s typically not just an open toilet.
Seeing a girl pee is almost always going to require someone opening a door she is in (after opening the entrance door of course).
Can’t figure some of ya’ll out. Girls bathrooms/locker rooms I’ve never seen an open toilet in my life with no stall.

It is rare. 1/20,000ish. The are born with vaginas (that look completely female in many cases). They should be allowed to use the women’s room. In many cases these people don’t find out until adult hood that they are biological men. Some of them look to be attractive women.
This is a person with AIS. No surgery to look this way. I believe she found out she was biologically male when she and her husband couldn’t conceive.

From what I have heard they are not like the guy’s locker rooms. HS girls will not shower if they are in one big shower room. They generally have individual shower stalls, and usually do their changing in them. I could be wrong on this. Us men should have been more like the girls in this respect. I remember our locker room being rather unpleasant. I got a belt crack to my inner thigh just a bit below my sack in HS. That wasn’t all that uncommon. I would have much rather preferred the women’s style locker rooms.

Yes on the shower stalls in all the ones I’ve been in all high school ones btw and all smaller schools which probably have less money. But the changing areas have been open in them. Although one could change in shower area or bathroom stall if needed.
Bigger schools may have more stuff but closed bathroom stalls and closed individual shower stalls is undoubtedly the norm.
Just like women’s bathrooms which are closed stalls as well. If fake trans person wants to watch girl pee they are going to have to open entrance door and then stall door.
Of course it is impossible for that to happen unless this takes effect. (Sarcasm). This action will have zero effect on all the people dying to watch girls pee. Since it’s going to be just as easy to do it today as it was 5 years ago.
