Or maybe a Pres Obama/ Pres Trump style targeted strike on some notable bad guy.
Maybe even an Authorization for Use of Military Force against Iran. Does one of those exist? With neither that nor a Declaration of War, is Iran an enemy?
They’re fine. Their last payment cleared on the due date.
