The populace is more educated but they don’t share the same ideals as other places.
I think the U.S. is just too damn big to last as a united country for too long. To many regional cultures.

He could close the border, he could keep us out of the ukraine/russia war, he could keep us out of the israel/hamas war, he could have us be energy independent like we were…his administration has more than you think

In his good (bad) old days, Biden was a formidable figure. He destroyed Robert Bork’s nomination to the Supreme Court. Biden is the reason “borked” is part of the lexicon; Biden is the reason no nominee ever says anything of substance in their confirmation hearings anymore. Compare that guy to this current version LOL.
“The President” is not just a man, the nuance is that it’s the leader of the Executive Branch. And the Executive Branch is arguably the most powerful of the 3 branches imo.
Obviously, one person can’t do or know everything going on. Hence the unknowable degree of “puppet on a string” aspect of being the president. And when it’s a demented old man who can be coerced by his criminality…well, imo that is what is happening now.
When it’s a wild card guy with seemingly limitless energy to poke his massive ego into every corner, well, that is why you have the current situation of imho a historically massive array of insert behind the scenes special interest here aligned against this seemingly uncontrollable figure.
He could be coerced by his shoelaces.

Lets move the election up to April.
The fact is, about 50% of voters will vote for the guy regardless of his condition. About 50% of voters will vote for his opponent, no matter what. There are obviously at least two groups that need to figure out how to split up this country and separate from one another.

Just a very long series of coincidences that include an international cast of heads of state, a bunch of financial transactions, and some very favorable decisions being made.
