Biceps, Delts, Triceps

just an aside, but ever try this as a workout for your arms…
start with a bicep curl, then press up like a military press, then do an overhead extension.

i’ve tried with the ez bar and with dumbells… it hits the biceps, the delts, then the triceps…

Sounds interesting…however I can overhead press a lot more than I can curl so I doubt my delts would get hit too hard.
