Does anybody know what the approximate ratio is for forearm to bicep size? I know this can vary quite a bit but there are certain rules of thumb out there in this department. For example, your neck is supposed to be roughly the same size as your bicep and calf. Twice your neck size should equal your waist size.
My forearms measure in at 14.5" and my bicep size is just a little over 20" I was thinking my forearm is a little undersized as the difference is just under 6"–That seems to drastic–well if I was a bodybuilder but I am not but still curious on this.

Forearm size should be approx~ 80% of the bicep size to be proportionate. Depending on your frame, your forarms will bill bigger on a bigger frame and smaller on a smaller frame.
I imagine a lot of it has to do with how you train though. My arms are only 18", but when I was really hitting heavy deads on a regular basis years ago, my forearms were about 15". I don;t do such heavy deads now, and the forearms are 14" while the upper arms are still the same.
