Beyond Body for Life

I know some of you may hate this program but as a beginner, it is starting me off on a good road instead of doing that Subway thing. My question is since there is so much info on this web site and some of you regulars are helpful, can you direct me to some article that shows what a person like me can do to progess beyond BFL? Any help is appreciated.

A lot of Chris Shugart’s article would help you out. Read the dawg school columns, the diet manifesto, and the missing ingredient. That’ll get you started. The search engine at T-mag (not the one here at the forum) will show you the way.

Ian King’s Limping Series as well as 12 weeks to super strength. When you finish those, you can move on to his Bring the Pain series for upper and lower body. GVT 2000 is fucking awesome. I suggest you do that after each of Ian King’s routines.

The info is there already. I understand what you mean about there being a lot of it, however… hehe. Just start with Ian King’s programs, and one of the diets listed here.

Do a search for “newbee”, the first five articles which come up are an excelent start. Past that your can look up The Testosterone Training Codex, Training Principles, and The Thinking Man’s Guide to Ab Training. Best of luck, ask if you have any other questions.
