Better Physique: Bruce Lee or Arnold?

BBBBBBBEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSSTTTTT!!!

Ok guys, I found this to be rather interesting. it has many quotes from people that all knew him. movie stars like James Coburn, Kareem abdul jabaar, chuck norris and tons of others.

Allow me…

Bruce could throw grains of rice up into the air and then catch them in mid-flight using chopsticks.

Bruce would ride for 45 minutes (10 Miles) on a stationary bike, when he’d finished, a huge pool of sweat was beneath him.

Bruce’s last movie “Enter the Dragon” was made for a modest $600,000 in 1973. To date, is has grossed over $300,000,000.

Bruce did press ups using only 2 fingers.

Bruce was able to explode 100lb bags with a simple sidekick.

Chuck Norris - “Lee, pound for pound, might well have been one of the strongest men in the world, and certainly one of the quickest”.

Clearly BL Dominated Arnold physique-wise

/end sarcasm

Arnold = better body

Bruce = better martial artist

In a thread about physique’s, Arnold wins. In a thread about Judo/Karate/Kung Fu, Bruce wins

Since this is a thread about physique’s… Arnold wins. Who gives a crap about 2 fingered pushups in a physique thread?

This thread sucks.

The end.

And also - fighting someone larger than you sucks ass. Big time. I hate it and try avidly to avoid doing it.

I had a feeling you’d agree with me. As I said anyone who has had any experience in the fight game will say the same thing. We have weight classes for a reason.

Never thought I’d see the day where on a forum based mainly around building mass that so many people would be so astounded by a 135lb. man’s physique. Roguevampire who is always rambling on about looking big in his t-shirts is now proclaiming a tiny man to be the greatest of all time.

In terms of straight appearance give me someone like Dorian Yates or Arnold. For all around physical abilities and appearance give me Le’ron Mcclain. In the end it’s all opinion anyway.
Le’Ron McClain has a terrible physique. Ravens fans are loony.

Not sure what your talking about. On the field the guy is a beast, no question he has physical abilities. In terms of strict appearance though, he has shrunk some now 6ft. 245lbs (down from 260), clearly muscular. Far from bodybuilder status but also far from being fat and out of shape. Need I mention that he trains for FOOTBALL not APPEARANCE. I’d still wager that with the exception of the few big names like Prof X, Hungry4More, Holymac, Lewhitehurst, and a couple others i’m probably forgetting he has a far better physique than most on here, who train soley “to look good nekkid”.

Agreed, weight played a part though. Even if I could manage my way inside on a bigger guy ripping hooks to the body didn’t have the same effect it did on a smaller guy.

The Bruce Lee bullshit is overblown. He was an actor, like Jackie Chan, and probably not much more dangerous.

Will there be no end to this ridiculousness…
statements like this infuriate me to no end. Just cause a guy happened to make some movies, that suddenly erases his entire background of martial arts. many have done that with stephen seagal. Bruce lee started training at a very young age. he studied many different forms of martial arts. He went on to create his own unique fighting style. How many men can claim that? Hes just an actor? Thats truly laughable.

before he ever acted, he owned his own martial arts school. ASk chuck norris how good bruce lee was. hes been recorded as saying he was an incredible martial artist, and thats coming from a world karate champion. (yes, chuck norris was a world champion. at the time the big fight, that never happened, was chuck norris vs Bill superfoot wallace. they even made a movie together, but for some reason that fight never happened.

I hate those people that say, “oh, he was just an actor.” just cause a guy makes a movie or 2, so what. that doesn’t take away what he knows in martial arts.
Wait - who gives a fuck about any of this?

Lots of dipshits own their own martial arts school and can’t fight worth a shit. Lots of guys “Create” their own fighting style or train in the Misty Mountains of China for a decade and come back super warriors.

It’s amazing that for how remarkable and legendary this dude is, there’s not one goddamned tape of him beating someone’s ass - all just second and third hand accounts.

Whatever. I’m a super invincible badass streetfighter too, just go as my cousin and his buddy in Hong Kong, they’ll swear it’s true.

Christ.
Whatever man, they didn’t have cameras in those days.

LOL. Right, they used magic boxes to film all of his movies.

Who cares! Pac can beat Bruce Lee and looks better than Arnie.
Whoops, my Filipino pride got in the way of any rational thought. lol

That’s what I thought too; my comment was an add-on rather than a rebuttal.

Arnold’s physique, Bruce Lee’s athletic ability

You are both wrong. I am 100% serious. They didn’t invent video cameras until the early 1980s, long after Lee was dead. Go look it up and educate yourselves.

why do mma fighters have little legs?

Errrr…I don’t believe that his legend is complete hyperbole, but your argument is pretty insane.
You know that the use of personal motion picture cameras has been around since the 1920’s in America?
By the time Bruce Lee was famous and at his peak Super 8mm cameras were all over.
Lots of famous movie directors got their start using them.
There might not have been cameras that used video, but they damn sure used film.
So…what was your point?

I’m just gonna leave this here

WHO CARES ABOUT BRUCE LEE’S ACTIVITES?

The title/question of the thread is “Better Physique: Bruce Lee or Arnold?” BETTER PHYSIQUE!

If you say Bruce Lee, you do NOT belong on these forums.

Oh my mother freaking god. I had never seen that before. Oh no, thats not impressive, is it, lol. I won’t even quantify how impressive that was. Its like watching something and not beleive your eyes while watching it.

That video is fake.

http://www.zerzle.com/zarticle.php?mbid=239&find=bruce%20lee

It was a viral ad for a Nokia phone.

Guys, Bruce Lee couldn’t do half the stuff that’s said about him.

some say it was fake. but, in 1973, how would they fake that. sorry, it wasn’t fake.
