Better Body for the Ladies

Well summer is about over, and its time for me to try to get my body back into shape. I know that sounds weird, most people try to do that before the summer.

But as a college student, the one thing I’ve noticed is its better to bulk up over the summer and cut down in the winter. During the summer I hardly see any girls, most go home to their parents. But in the fall, there are thousands back on campus…

Basically I just want you guys to reccommend a training program for me to start. Right now I’m doing the German Volume Training 2000. I’ve been doing it for about a month, but I want to change to something else. I’ve tried looking around in the archives, but there are just way too many issues to sift through!

Bascially I just want to put on muscle mass without getting too fat. I don’t need to be ultra cut, but I don’t want to be noticeablly fat either. Just a program to put on some muscle and keep my body fat % down to a reasonable rate. If anyone could recommend a certain program or diet they’ve used and liked that would be great!

Unless you already have a decent amount of mass on you, it makes no sense for you to be going up and down in terms of gaining and dieting that often.

I don’t do it that often. I’ve just kind of slacked off over the summer since I’ve been busy with work and lots of other things. I was just wondering if someone could reccommend a workout routine that they have read in T-mag and have really enjoyed

diet is #1, then training. GVT will still work
