CT, what do you think is the best way to take beta-alanine? Would you take it everyday, once or twice a day ; or only in the peri-workout drinks? How much grams per serving works best?

For 2 weeks or so I’d take a loading dose 3 times a day on top of the peri-workout protocol. After that I’d stick with using it only in the protocol.
CT,
do you think a re-load would be a good thing after a few weeks or do levels stay elevated?
I remember reading something about loading with creatine in a wave style as oppsed to front loading.
5g day 1
5g day2
10g day3
10g day4
20g day5
20g day6
10g day7
10g day8
5g day9
5g day10
would a similiar approah for Beta-alanine be advisabe? obviously with smaller doses, 20g of beta would make my skin unbearably tingly.
Also, what dosage do you suggest? I don’t know how much there is in Anaconda…

I have tried taking beta-alanine and I did like it, however I found that after using it for preworkout purposes only, I was finding myself in what seemed like a fog. I was always tired and my head wasn’t all there. I was wondering if anyone else has felt this or can explain it. Thanks

I have never noticed that, but when I take it I feel like a pin cushion. Lasts for about an hour.
