Beta-Alanine: Powder or Pills?

is there a difference? Im pretty sure theres not, but just thought i’d ask anyways.

Both will contain the same thing. Some may be utilized slower, but it really doesn’t matter. I’d recommend the powder just because it’s going to be much cheaper.

just preference…if you cant choke down pills go with powder…and vice versa.

My preference are the tablets sold here by Biotest. Two tablets twice a day is easy for the benefits I get from it.

D

I’m not sure about all tablets, but with Beta-7 you can take far less and get the same effect because it’s time released.

With powder you have to take the stuff all the time which gets old fast.

Are you cutting?

You probably won’t need this supp unless you’re under maintenance.

I prefer the Biotest tablets because powder will give you that classic beta-alanine intense tingly feeling. That’s why the Biotest pills are timed release.

Thanx for all the feedback guys…
no not cutting but i play football and wanted to try some beta…after further research Biotest’s time released deal is the most convenient…other brands are way cheaper, BUT u have to take the shit like 8 times a day!
