BETA-7 Experiences?

It’s a good ergogenic aid and has probably improved my performance more than any other single supp.

i’ve never used Beta-7, but i have used regular Beta-Alanine. Definately helps. i take 4 pills about 1-2 hours before lifting, and another 2 pills an hour after. w/ food both times. Definately feel “fresher” during and after lifts.

you say 2 pills and 4 pills, but how mant mg in each pill? and why with food? i’d take it between meals

I took advantage of the special deal last July and benefitted tremendously during workouts. Then my use lapsed for financial reasons and I’m regretting it. I would like to get back into regular use of it, since these workouts don’t get any easier.

4 pills of the GNC brand is 3.2g of Beta-Alanine. I take it with food because that is what the directions on the bottle say to do. The recommended dosage is 2pills pre/2 pills post workout but i find that 4 pre/2 post works best for me.

I have been thinking of taking these as my workouts get harder and my doms seem to last for days. Would you say this product will aid to less doms?

BETA-7 improves performance so you can lift, run, or whatever better.

I don’t think it has much, if any, effect on DOMS.

i dunno, but i’m thinking about picking some up soon.
