Beta Alanine/Creatine Stack

Much has been talked about this combo recently, and i was curious as to what are some reccomendations when it comes to combining the two and dosages and what not? The issue I have is my creatine calls for 1-2 servings of 5g a day, while my beta calls for 1/2 tsp every 2 hours throughout the day.

I’ve had difficulty trying to combine the two as their reccomended usage is so different. I’m interested to hear everyones thoughts.

I take 2ish grams of b-alanine 2-3 times per day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once preworkout. That seems to hit the spot for me. Sometimes an extra dose if I have time between meals.

You don’t need to take them at the same time.
