I always found BETA-7 more effective when I took it 30-60 mins before a meal (essentially on an empty stomach) anyway.
Try it out for a day or two, see if you notice a difference.

Thanks dude. I do that half of the time and the other half I end up taking it by itself or with a protien shake and fish oil or a meal with a carb meal with fibre. I know fibre is an issue with some supps like Carbolin 19 for instance, just wandering if its a problem with Beta-7.
I was wandering whether Cy or TC or any of the guys could confirm as I have another bottle on the way and don’t want to waste it!
