finally I have decided to add beta alanine to my arsenal of supps and I am wondering if anyone has any alternate reccommendation for the use of the supp. Right now I am into my second week of Waterbury Method, with the cardio and GPP days I am wondering as to if I should consume BETA-7 at different times than I would on the full body days.
I don’t think you need to worry about timing it to your specific workouts. If you are taking it daily and consistently it’s doing the work it needs to in regard to ramping up your muscular endurance. Don’t overcomplicate it IMO.

i just bought some too, after the creatine has saturated my muscles I’ll give it a try to see if I notice much difference.
since it’s time released, like said above, probably not much need to vary the timing of taking it

I started taking it about a week and half ago with CEE Creatine. This week I did feel a good pump better than when I was on creatine alone. The only thing is I still get that flush feeling…this is the only thing that concerns me.

Taking Beta-7 with a carbohydrate-rich meal or snack will minimize this.

I actually did the exact same. I took it with my ZMA about an hour before bed. Just took my third serving twenty minutes ago. Hopefully I will be feeling the effects and benefits in a few weeks. Like LG said, feel free to PM me then as well with questions about my experience with it.

I was taking pure BA over the summer I would get some mean Paresthesia if I didn’t eat it with carbs.

Since I been taken Beta-7. I have been getting small red spots on my body.
Is this from the prickeling sensation? I already lowered the dose.

What kind of dosing protocol were you following?
i got 3 bottles of Beta-7.
I figured it would help with my muay thai training, but I haven’t noticed any increased endurance. I’ve just been sweating a lot, this could however be an effect from either the activate extreme or Carbolin 19 that im stacking with.
I was taking it 1.5g every 4-6 hours 3 to 4 times a day.
Now Im taking 1g twice a day since I started noticing those red spots on my body.
It seems to be helping. The only problem now is that people now think im on roids. Its all good, because I know I work hard for the swooleness I have…ha! ha! Haters!

For what it’s worth, I’ve noticed I’m sweating a lot more as well. Started the first day I took Beta-7, actually. It’s nothing extreme though, in my case. In fact, I like it.
