One of My favorites was The Warlord
Bobby Lashley currently has the best build in the business and he is a total real life ass kicker.
Masters is put together by a bunch of bricks also. Another thing about Chris is he used to be 300 at about 16 years old…He was totally fat and out of shape.
Cena was way better built years ago.
There is a DVD you can buy that has me and him on it from a long time ago.
He was unreal. 260 and probably about 4-5% bf.
Now he runs around 230 ish and is probably about 7-9%.

Best overall physique, though, goes to Atlas, Steiner and Warrrior.

Hey when Psycho Sid or what ever name he was using snapped his leg it was during a bout. I was watching it at a friend’s house and you could see the entire thing happen. It was so bad it almost looked fake.
He went to jump from the top rope and I guess he just landed really bad. It was like his body went one way but half of his leg the other.
If where talking “old school” two of the best wrestlers with the body’s to go with them it’s got to be the ROAD WARRIORS.

I agree the warlord has a decent build but the guy was complete and total wrestlecrap in the ring. Then again so is Chris Masters and so was Lex Luger.
I would say Cena or Masters have pretty good builds…so does Shelton Benjamin.

MMA - I can understand that. The guys are rolling around with one another and hitting one another and there is a great deal of personal growth going on…
But pro-wrestling is kind of like MMA without the personal growth… just a couple of guys rolling around together - not even fighting - just kinda - rolling around together.
