Best Workout for Maintaining Muscle

whey guys i wanted to know what you think the best workout routine would be to preserve or maintain muscle while cutting down from 12% to 9% bf?

The one that put the muscle on you in the first place. Keep trying to progress with your current program(if it was working) and allow diet modifications and maybe some cardio to take off the lbs.

what if you finished the advanced german volume sytem by Poliquin. Also isnt it bad to do an intense workout when your taking in less carbs and less calories?

maintaining or upping your current lifts would help hold onto muscle.
