Just found that my squat is crooked(right side lower) so it is definitely some shoulder tightness and strength imbalance there which is also affecting my bench.Gotta work on them unilateral rows.
I do not. I have seen others do this. I dig my traps in with my feet on the floor, sort of walking backwards while my traps are dug in until I get my feet set where I want them.
Since this is the PL forum, Iāll also add that this is for a raw bench. I lift with a lot of geared lifters and that changes what you do a bit.
