hey guys, can someone tell me the best time to preform Thibs new forearm workout. My split is
mon-lower
tues-upper
wed-off
thurs-lower
fri-off
sat-upper
sun-off
I Now everyone will probably say do it after the upperbody session but if I do that I will be working out more than an hour and I dont have some stuff needed in my gym even though it has damn near everything else. Would it be as efffective if an hour after the gym i preformed it at home. If not on an off day? please any answers will be helpful
I’m not a fan of forearm workouts. Personally I think if you’re pulling heavy weights that your forearms will grow with them. However, this isn’t about me.
I’d say do it whenever you want. You’d really have to kill your forearms to not be able to grip anything the next day or for it to severely make a difference in your grip strength.
But if you want to be safe…(and I’m not sure what CT’s plan looks like)…I’d do it Tues, Thurs, and Sat so you have a day between your next workout to recover.
